A: The image I found of the internals had one SATA port which was unused, and there appears to be a connector for a SATA power cord on the motherboard as well. So, you'd need a SATA cable (easy enough) and a compatible power cable (might have to contact Dell for that). The description says there's an open 3.5 bay inside, but I can't see it clearly in pics to verify mounting options. Dell may even sell the 2 cables as an upgrade kit for this unit.

Dell tower
Very pleased with my purchase, the PC runs fast and was extremely easy to set up. I was concerned at first when I didn’t see any printed instructions in the box but after plugging it in it guided me through setup and was super easy! It is a little wider than the slim dell tower we had previously but really doesn’t take up much space our desk is pretty large
