Customer Ratings & Reviews

Very pleased with my purchase, the PC runs fast and was extremely easy to set up. I was concerned at first when I didn’t see any printed instructions in the box but after plugging it in it guided me through setup and was super easy! It is a little wider than the slim dell tower we had previously but really doesn’t take up much space our desk is pretty large

Good value. Works great and it’s fast. Using as a server for our accounting software.

I bought this Dell desktop to turn into a server for my small business. It has meet all of my expectations and it is still running good.

Great buy for a great computer. Love the way it works. It's everything i wanted in a computerGreat bargain.

Excellent product, very fast, and at a very good price

Was perfect shop for my new photo classes and very excited with my purchase

No DVD/CD drive. No port for speaker hook up, only headphone outlet that I used. Much faster than the Dell I had before. Still getting used to Windows 11 compared to Windows 10. Very quite.

I’ve had Dells over the last 10 years. I had a XPS8940 last and the Motherboard went. So I bought this dell and it’s really great the only thing I dislike about it is the headset set jack is in the front and justs gets in the way. It’s a fast computer and it works well with my 4k monitor. But this Computer you won’t regret it

Working great so far. Sure beats my 2015 Windows 10 (8 GB) for speed. Pleased to have it! I've been using Windows 11 on various other computers, so that was not a big adjustment for me with this one. Glad I can use my existing monitors, keyboards, speakers, etc. with this new computer. I bought in a store, not online. Sales men helpful with questions I asked. I like being able to have that direct contact and seeing the product in person. Frequently store are not stocking as in-store inventory, so this was exactly the route I wanted to make the purchase. I've been watching online for sales from various vendors and this one was on sale when I bought it.

Dose not have a disk player but does have a lot of USB slots and a c slot. Is pretty fast and comes with lots of storage space and installed programs.

Excellent machine. It allowed me to gain memory and speed as well as letting me move up to Windows 11. Smaller machine than my old computer and lighter in weight. Very pleased.

Bought this to replace an aging XPS that did not meet Windows 11 and Turbo Tax requirements. So far find it to be a speedy and easy to use desktop. While it came with no documentation or instructions with the help of Google AI had no trouble setting it up and transferring my stuff. One negative : The audio port is in the front panel and there are no extra connections for audio like optical or RCA. No problem as I got a cheap USB to 3.5mm adapter to clean up the front. Also added 16 gb of memory so it is humming. I find Windows 11 fine also. Very happy with purchase.

This Dell Desktop Has more ram than my old Dell and it is Smaller,Lighter,Quieter and a few more USB ports than my old Dell. I think the SSD Hard Drive makes this Dell Quieter than my old Dell. I have no complaints with this new Dell so far so good.

My wife loves her new Dell desktop. It's definitely the quietest desktop we've ever worked with. It's fairly compact and fits perfectly below her desk. It has sufficient RAM and storage to handle all her work needs. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Replaced Dell XPS that could not support Windows 11. For the cost, this model's storage, speed, and smaller form factor are impressive. The set up was straight forward and the bundled Dell SE2726HS 27" adjustable monitor is a great addition. Look for a bundled deal, it's worth it!

Excellent product and service. Very competitive price @ Best Buy versus Dell Direct & other retail competitors. So good that I ultimately bought 2 computers. Sales Dept personnel were very helpful in making product & accessory recommendations along the way. Also, special shout-out to Members of the Geek Squad for assisting me in setting the computers up & running, connecting to the Internet, setting up E-mail accounts etc. Thank you to Geek Suad Supervisor Javier Maldonado, Josh Lightbourne, & Joe Marriott. Thank you, Thank you!

I purchased the Dell DECT1250-5067BLK-PUS expecting the upgrade options and hardware configuration described in Dell’s own product materials. Unfortunately, several key specifications were inaccurate or misleading, and the actual hardware inside this model does not match what Dell advertises. 1. PCIe Expansion Slot Description Is Incorrect Dell’s documentation suggests usable expansion capabilities, but the internal layout tells a different story. This system includes only one PCIe x16 slot that is electrically limited to x4, plus a single x1 slot. Dell’s descriptions imply a more flexible expansion path than what this proprietary motherboard actually supports. 2. GPU Upgrade Claims Are Unrealistic for This Model Dell promotes this model as “easy to upgrade,” including graphics expansion. In reality: • The chassis lacks the clearance for a standard-length GPU. • The proprietary Dell power supply has no PCIe power connectors. • Both the PSU and motherboard use proprietary Dell connectors, making replacements impossible. Despite Dell’s marketing, GPU upgrades on the DECT1250-5067BLK-PUS are essentially not feasible. 3. Storage Expansion Was Misrepresented Dell’s listing suggests additional internal storage support, but this system includes only one usable M.2 NVMe slot, and the SATA bays are not equipped with brackets, wiring, or functional access — rendering expansion claims misleading. 4. Proprietary Components Not Disclosed Clearly The DECT1250-5067BLK-PUS uses a proprietary motherboard layout, proprietary power supply, and nonstandard connectors. This severely restricts the upgradeability that Dell advertises and should be disclosed upfront for buyers who plan to expand their system. 5. HDR Output Capability Was Incorrectly Implied Dell’s specifications indicate HDR support, but the integrated graphics in this model do not provide proper HDR output in real use. This should be clearly stated so customers are not misled about display capabilities. Overall, the DELL DECT1250-5067BLK-PUS works fine as a basic workstation, but Dell’s published specifications overstate the upgradability and hardware support. Accurate and transparent specs are essential, especially for customers who purchase based on expandability.

This small tower Dell Intel 16 GB memory desktop with 10 cores is extremely fast. It can handle working with many open apps simultaneously while browsing many multiple windows with ease. Having Bluetooth, WiFi6 and ethernet connectivity has made it easy to connect to. I particularly like the 4 USB ports and media card reader easily accessible on the front. Minor drawback is the lack of an optical disc reader/writer.

Had to purchase a new CPU since my old one was 10 years old. The processing is fast and serves my purpose to a tee. Windows 11 will take me some time to adjust to but it is pretty straight forward. Size is good for the tower. 1 TB SSD is great so far. Memory is sufficient at 16 GB. No complaints thus far.

Very good for working alot of storage runs pretty good and some games it works too like fortnite counter strike batman etc
