Easy Breezy purchase at the Reno, Nevada Best Buy!

I am not a computer savvy person but got a salesman who was very helpful and sold me everything necessary to upgrade to Windows 11. My current computer could not be upgraded as it was purchased in 2016. It was simply a quick in and out, got what I needed with no pressure to purchase a lot of things that were not necessary. I would definitely shop at the Reno store again.

A much needed upgrade

One of the formats I use is not compatible with windows 10 anymore. I chose this computer because I have always used Dell and have had great success. I'm very happy with my choide.

It is small and powerful to search the internet and run your apps that you use every day., Set-up is easy and if you use Microsoft all your data and settings can be downloaded from your old computer to this new system with ease.

Would prefer 2-4 more connection outlets on the rear; haveing to use the front connections for permanent connections.

Disappointed

When i received the product a few days later -it was out of stock, i found it only had one HDMI input and no audio input for the sound bar. Disappointing as i will now need to work with one monitor until i can get a newer one
