This is perfect for me. It is fast on the internet, no hiccups, and I like the physical size. I have had no problems.

I was more than extremely disappointed that this computer had no sound. After I finally found the port in front to hook up the speakers that I had to buy I like the computer. I made an appointment to pickup the computer and have the geek squad go over it with me. The person that came out from the back was very rude and told me to go home and make an appointment, I told him "This is an appointment", he shrugged his shoulders and walked to the back. This will probably be the last time that I buy a computer from Best Buy.

Exactly what I needed, and it was on sale! My PC died unexpectedly and I had to have another immediately. This does the job.

I am very happy with my new Dell tower. My granddaughter hooked it up for me and it works great.

Each time they come out with new computers they have less and less on them. Less ports, no cd drives, no sd ports, and this is suppose to be progress. Yes I know they have been replaced with usb drives, etc., but I still don't think its progress.
