After my last laptop dies, I was looking for a new one. I was hoping for something lighter, but nothing had the options that I really wanted, so I went with this lovely machine. Good sized hard drive, good amount of ram, and a nice video card. I do some software development and some gaming, and this seemed to scratch all the itches.

I have to admit that I haven't had this Laptop for very long, but so far I enjoy it. Several of my previous Laptops were not as high quality, so it's nice to finally have a computer that can handle most of my games. The Bestbuy staff was amazing at helping me pick out a gaming Laptop and not over paying for something else.

Works really well, easy to us. Easy to sep and work with.

Right out of box screen is very dim... gaming was also dim screen is also flimsy and thats only cause of the way its designed my only complaints so far... fan is pretty loud if that matters to anyone

It's a great laptop plays any game I want it to but..... if the game is to heavy on the graphics she runs really hot. Also most games require the laptop to be plugged in to get the full potential out of it. Otherwise it's super janky.

I know it says "Gaming Laptop" but we use it at church for live streaming our service on Sunday mornings, and it performs beautifully! It has the power to create graphics on the fly from different Adobe programs with no problem or lag. Loving this, a great investment!

tremendous value for the money, a very capable gaming machine even if the screen is not the most color accurate, but raw power it has it all. The only issue is the windows license is not activated out of the box.

Runs games pretty decently, haven’t had any problems running games so far, but the alien wear on the computer doesn’t work out of box and from what I’ve seen it’s a common Softwear problem with this laptop

I have always preferred desktops. I wasn't thinking that I could get so much capability in a laptop! This can be used as a portable laptop, but I use a 24 inch monitor and USB keyboard and mouse, and it is just like having a desktop except with portability.

Almost a great computer. Everything about this computer is great... except the wireless. Drops all the time (doesn't just loose connection, shows no wireless card installed.) Bought a wireless dongle for it and that works fine, but it sticks out and I'm concerned about breaking the dongle or the usb port. Laptop came with a guarantee, but you have to ship it to Dell, Don't know how long it would take to get it back with covid, but if Amazon can't even ship stuff without it taking two weeks, I guess I'll hold on to it.

I purchased this for my 25 year old son as he begins his final year in college and after that intends to move on to graduate school. He tells me that this is an awesome computer and exceeds his many various needs; it was a great buying experience at the Bossier City store.
