Great laptop with its features and graphics. Down side is the battery. When playing a game and battery is in use instead of plugging power cord, the laptop slows down. It starts to lag and once you plug in power cord and no longer using battery source the laptop works well. No lag at all. Read reviews and others are saying that it has something to do with the BIOS. Wish Dell will fix this issue in the future.

This is a quality laptop, bit on the heavy side but overall solid. Would recommend to update windows setting and the driver for the graphics card before you benchmark the specs. The keyboard is comfortable to use, track pad is decent and screen is a bit dim but not bad for gaming. The price is not bad but compared to Alienware, G5 is the better option.

I just graduated high school and wanted a laptop that could do whatever I needed it to do, and I’m very happy to say that this thing didn’t disappoint. You can run most any game smoothly. 100% worth the money up to this point, the keyboard is awesome, the speaker provides a solid amount of sound, the screen as far as my eyes can tell is very good. And Aesthetically It looks sick. Only real con would be the fans a little loud but the speaker is louder so it shouldn’t be to big of an issue.

Plenty of storage space, great graphic and sound. A better value than bottom of the line and meant to last many years.

I bought the laptop mainly to do video editing. So far so good. Has more than enough power to run Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and a few more programs at the same time. So far very happy, although I did have to update the NVidia driver, as it was causing a Blue Screen issue. Since the update, everything has been great. Then only thing I wish I would have opted for was an upgraded screen. The screen is bright and easy on the eyes, but thinking a 4K version would have been better. Oh well, maybe next time!

it's just heavy to carry but it's easy to use. Very useful for personal & work use.

This laptop is super fast . COD play great on here super smooth. I is a amazing gaming laptop and a great work laptop.

Had it for 3 days and well had to return it. Caught the blue screen of death. The fan a little loud and it also get hot. I really didn’t want to return it but I figure it had some errors within it. Sucks I was really excited when I received it :(

I didn't purchase this for games. I purchased it to edit photos with Luminar 4 Photo editing software. This thing is a beast even when its running on battery . It doesn't hesitate to do what I need it to do when I need it to do it. Luminar 4 photo editing software is very demanding and this thing handles every thing it throws at it.For me this is a great Computer for what I need. Games? well I guess i'll never know but I bet it will handle almost anything you throw at it.

Works with Ocular rift, like expected. Good graphics and quick processing.

My Macbook recently kicked the bucket and I wanted to switch to PC anyway, so after a some quick research, I settled on this one. Had an issue for a couple of days where the PC would crash whenever I tried to download Fortnite (only game it had this issue with), but I think it just overheated or had some out of date drivers. Outside of that, it's been a great laptop. All my programs run smoothly and have no issue gaming on it.

Powerful laptop for a good price. The fan can get pretty loud at times but not deal-breaker.

Pro: Good price for what you get. Strong build. Dell reliability. A gaming laptop. Not a Netbook or Chrome book. Good for Photo Editing and similar programs. Con: Blue backlit keys need to be brighter, heavier than the thin line laptops of today. Need a lap desk. Runs warm.

computer is loaded with dell bloatware. after I got most of it off the machine is so much faster. the screen feels flimsy but shouldn't be an issue. Seems like it will work for what I needed that being said best buy was running a deal if I bought this laptop for a $400 software for free to be emailed shortly later. Never happened.

I don't know how good this laptop is for gaming because I got for web development, and wanted something with good processing power. At first I didn't like the idea of having the OS on the SSD, but once I figured out how to point the Apache server to the TB HDD I really like the computer.

Fast startup and great graphics. Holds a charge and perfect size for traveling

I still do not have the understanding of what a Gaming Laptop is but I like the screen and the way the computer displays the pages on the internet. The different options of doing what I want from a computer can not be any better. I like the control of how things look on the computer screen is a plus. Also when more info is needed, the ease of finding out how to do it is simple.
