Really the only reason I can’t give this 5 stars is it gets Concerningly hot- as in, I have to keep a desk fan on it 24/7 or I’ll burn my fingers on the top row of keys while gaming. Still, fantastic quality, more than enough for the Adobe creative suite or modern triple a titles.

This computer is fast and the graphics are fantastic for gaming.

I am using this laptop for programming and video editing. So far this computer is holding up well with all my computer programming research and video editing. I would recommend this laptop to anyone wanting a good programming laptop. I will also be using this laptop for 3D printing software later on.

This was a purchase for my 21-yo son, for on-the-go gaming/streaming when we are traveling in our RV. After 2 days, he announced it was better than his desktop. Only thing we don't like is the noise of the fan- it's louder than our space heater fan! I like to compare it to a jet engine revving up! LOL. But as long as it gets the job done we're all happy.

This is a great buy for 3d rendering. The computer has a lot of storage in it, this making it a fast computer. I have yet to try loading a lot of files to test it’s capabilitynin running 2 or more Programs but over all it is a good laptop. The sound is better when using headphones. The keyboard lights you can control in How long it stays on.

This has been a great laptop so far. Very fast, affordable, can play a wide range of games on ultra settings with ease. Fans are quite loud, but it has 2 built in fans, so as long as they are doing their job, I'm happy. I would suggest a monitor with a higher refresh rate though to really appreciate this laptop.

So the computer is great. It runs like its supposed to and can play the video games that I want it to do. However, I bought the laptop as an open box and I had issues with Best Buy's policy. The laptop was considered good or whatever their second highest rating is. It said it would have some minor scuff and might be missing some non-necessary cables. When I got the laptop I had three keys that were sticky which made the laptop hard to use and the laptop did not come with a power cable. Just the laptop. So I had to buy a power cable and fix the sticky keys myself. Best Buy's open box had been good for me but this was a serious downer and annoyance.

Started college and needed an updated laptop. I did a lot of research and actually did a problem solving paper for school comparing the different machines I was looking at purchasing. This one had done everything I have needed it to do and more. Its been great for both school and a little gaming when there is time.

My husband found that his desktop was not handling this whole Work From Home deal well remoting into his work server. So we looked for a new computer and this fit the bill. It’s strong enough to handle Streaming RPG games so it should be strong enough for work processes and Zoom meetings. So far so good!!

great machine amazing graphics fast i live the style

I was using multiple high processed programs like Photoshop and AutoCAD with my old laptop and eventually slowed down because it couldn't handle the work load. When I bought this new laptop, it and those programs smoothly all at the same time.

The Laptop is working as expected, right from the start I liked the back-lite keyboard and the computers quick response. I ordered Curbside delivery, what a mistake, sent me an e-mail 1 of 4 items were ready for pick-up. Really? Am I going to come to the store for each of 4 items? When I tried calling to see if the other items were ready the system could not find my order using the order number. I ended up after 4 hours going into the store and it still took them almost 20 minutes to even find the Laptop. DO NOT USE CURBSIDE DELIVERY!! Very disappointed that during this crucial time Curbside delivery is a bust!

Completely satisfied with this laptop, it's gone far above my expectations. Originally bought it for C.A.D. then decided to download some games to test it out even further, I have had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend for gamers, and school use alike.

I bought this computer for home use, but the bonus is that my 8 year old grandson can stream age appropriate games without any issues. This computer is everything I wanted and needed in a computer. The only issue.... they do not offer a cd drive, and they want you to use Microsoft 365 which has a yearly fee. Since I already had Microsoft Home on a cd, I was able to download this via internet so there was no yearly fee attached. Without the cd drive availability every program that I have has to be re-installed by internet. I find this being very time consuming.

I was skeptical at first as the last time I had a Dell computer I had nothing but issues. But, this laptop has blown me away. My only complaint is the weight, but considering the amount of hardware packed into it, it is understandable.

We've purchased a few of these for employees to work from. They are predominately used for AutoCAD drafter and can handle even the most complicated jobs without issue.

Purchased this laptop for school. Wanted the extra memory and hard drive so I do have to get another laptop to finish school. So far have surpassed my expectations and my needs so excited to see what else this can so!

I absolutely love this laptop. Purchased in a pinch because what I had before stopped working, and I also needed a computer to work from home. Runs everything great. No issues and no complaints!

My daughter who is an Electrical Engineering major uses this laptop for her projects. She has Matlab and other resource intense software installed which load very quickly. She is very happy with this laptop.
