Pretty heavy for a laptop, but that’s to be expected with the weight. But definitely works for most games and multitasking when needed.

powerful gamer for the heavy duty players or if you work with graphics design, its the way to go.

Bought 2 of these for my kids that are off to college. Only have had them for 3 weeks! One of them had to be replaced already through GeekSquad. Not feeling too good about the purchases. Once getting the new unit that GeekSquad provided, my daughter seems to like the speed and functionality of the system. Still waiting to see the outcome of their first projects.

This is a great gaming laptop at a reasonable price point. I’ve used Dell laptops at the office for over 11 years and this is the second “gaming” laptop I’ve had a chance to use. As with all my previous Dell computers, the quality of the system from the build to the components are top-notch. This laptop performs well thanks to the newest 9th generation Intel Core i7 processor with 16GB of DDR4 RAM, a 6GB NVIDIA GeoForce GTX 1660 Ti graphics card and 1TB HDD and 256GB SSD for a great combination of storage and quick access through the SSD. It was easy to setup and get started. Windows 10 is pre-installed and I had it up and running within minutes. As this is a gaming-only laptop for me, I did not add many of my usual applications to this machine and have focused on using it for playing Battlefield V and Overwatch. There have been no lag issues and the HD display really shines through, albeit a bit of ghosting at times. Keyboard is laid out well and includes a numeric keypad. The response and feel of the keypad is also very good. Instead of the usual red graphics, Dell decided to go with blue backlighting on the keyboard and blue graphics on the lid and fan grills…pretty slick! PROS: - Well built machine from the build to components – Dell does not disappoint - Fast booting with SSD drive - Support most modern games at 1080p and on high settings - Built in speakers sound great – headphone jack included - Multiple USB 3.0 ports, HDMI port to connect to external displays or TVs, USB-C port - Fans work well to keep machine cool while gaming or general use – not too loud either CONS: - System is a bit on the heavier side - Boxy build, although this seems to be the new normal for gaming laptops - System runs on the hotter side, fans ran constantly while gaming - Optimal performance with the system plugged in…not a deal breaker, but should be noted - 60Hz screen could use an upgrade for gaming in 2019, however USB-C allows for external display support Overall this is a great gaming laptop at a great price point that will be suitable for all but the most discerning gamers. It’s well built and has all the latest components. This is certainly a laptop that I would recommend to friends and family.

I love my new computer. I am no longer slowed down by my ancient laptop. I have played Overwatch without lagging. Great laptop!

Great product. I have enjoyed having it and playing video games on it. I also use it as my everyday laptop.

I bought this computer to run a Remote Desktop session and be able to game if I want. This computer does both very well.

Can't say anything bad about it - I knew all the limitations it had before getting it. The only thing I would change in hindsight is the keyboard and it's lighting. I'm sure I'll get used to the keyboard, but using it in the dark is very annoying for me unless I'm sitting looking down on it, since from an angle, back lighting is distracting. Other wise, so far, a good purchase.

Given the Covid 19 move to at home work, these computers were purchased for that purpose and have met all expectations.

Excellent - Powerful Laptop that has all the tools that I needed to run a Golf Simulator. Does fantastic!!!

The computer is very nice. The graphics are very nice and any updates download or loading up a game or software is super fast!

I use it for Video Conferences, not for gaming. I like the power and speed. It makes conferencing much easier!
