10/10 would buy again. This laptop is great. We originally purchased a dell g7 and the thermal throttling on it was atrocious when gaming. This laptop is amazing it can be loud when the fans are in full blast but it works great at keeping the system cool when gaming.

The set up is easy and the quality is good. I have had the laptop for a week and am in love with the quality of the graphics. It works well for making videos, graphics programs and gaming. I have no cons to list at this time and definitely recommend this laptop.

Sometimes you just have to write a review to get bonus points. With that being said this product actually is awesome and I highly recommend.

For the most part the computer is great. However I’ve been unable to reliably connect to my printer. I’ve contacted the printer manufacturer, the internet provider, Dell, and the Killer wireless company. I’ve gotten no solutions and a poor response from Dell. It’s very frustrating as I understand this is an issue several ppl have with these computers. The number keypad also chooses to not work at times. At this price point I expected better.

When I was looking to buy a laptop I wanted to find one that was robust and every sense of the way. I ended up looking at different gaming laptops. The purpose of my purchase was for work… Even though I do game :-) I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Yo, I snagged this beast and it packs a punch in flat games and in VR with the oculus quest 2. Turn intel turbo boost off and download all drivers and bios and you’ll stay at a steady 50 degrees Celsius. I love this laptop and it’s super thin.

So far so good. I was happy with the in-store GeekSquad transferring my info from my older computer to this computer quickly as I needed it up and running every day. I have two external monitors and it is handling the monitors well.

Its fats computer but the temperature is so hot, but i think thats a gaming laptop should be.

If you need a computer for everything you like to do and more look no further, Dell has really hit the mark on this one with its sleek design and powerful hardware you definitely can’t go wrong with this great gaming laptop :)

Headphone jack issue can be fixed in Realtek Control Center. Most issues can be fixed by updating system, software.

I was cheering for this laptop to be a success, it had the specs I wanted and was a great value. I wrestled with Alienware Command Center to uninstall / clean install it, then made sure to set the thermal profile to COOL. I only played 1 game on it - WoW TBC Classic. * I set the video to 10 and limited FPS to 100, it would run for a few minutes and eventually throttle down to 15 FPS and usually bounce back up after 3-5 minutes. * So I set the video to 5 and limited FPS to 100, it would run for a few minutes and eventually throttle down to 15 FPS. * So I set the video to 3 and limited FPS to 100 and after a week the GPU or fan or sensor fried and the GPU was no longer recognized by DXDIAG or Windows, also it failed the onboard video diagnostics after this. Returned.

The best laptop I have ever owned. Seriously, guys, it changed my life. I used to be just an average nobody gamer probably like the person reading this review, but with the right gear, you too can get good like me.

Apparently unless these are Geek squad certified returns its buyer beware! Laptop didn't even boot up no one bothers to check them at all. SSD appeared to be blank, bios showed someone tried to flash and failed! Wanted to exchange for another and they would not, even though they showed a Geek squad certified in stock. Wanted to sell me a new one even though they were on sale for far less when i purchased this one. I may have considered it at the sale price, but now i have to pay full price? Just a rip off at worse buy. Big waste of time, no one working returns, was sent to returns buy the front desk even when i told them it was a return or exchange, was then told had to go back to front desk for an exchange, then get in line for sales in computers, only to be told they wouldn't do anything to help me!

Needed a Laptop. Sales rep very knowledgeable. Got me what I needed with a fast checkout.

It was a very painless process resulting in just what I needed and at a Super price! The fact that I can look at as much or as little information about the purchase is genuinely a Plus.

So far happy with all aspects of this laptop. Good size for applications being used. Kinda cool back lighting on keyboard. Everything I was expecting from a Dell. Happy I decided on this one!

Did not work with rift s. Perfect otherwise. Very very fast!

It's a nice laptop but I have had a few problems with it. It seems to lose internet connection using the WiFi and an RJ45 connector. I'm guessing that a driver will be coming out eventually to fix this problem but not as of today. I love Dell products but I would have to think twice about buying another one of these.

I wanted a laptop for gaming. I primarily play consul games, but have dabbled in pc gaming in the past. So far this laptop has met all my expectations and my son enjoys it as well.

It is best built Machine. However, the thermals are poor.
