This computer is easy to set up, it walks you through each step. It holds a charge really well and can pretty much do anything a normal day to day computer should be able to do! I love It. Definitely recommend

So far, this product is amazing. It's super fast and the picture has such great quality. I'm very happy with my purchase and very excited to do my graphic work once I get a minute of free time.

Some others may have mentioned that the sound/speakers is not that great. I have to turn up the sound too high to use for zoom, webex, meets, teams.

I'm writing this review after 2 weeks of usage. The laptop looks very premium and performs as per expectations. The build quality is good. The boot time is very quick due to faster SSD and 16 GB RAM. The RAM is expandable up to 64GB. The tablet mode works great. It is a good development laptop. It doesn't heat quickly while working on heavy application programs. It is also ok for light gaming. I'm giving 4 stars because of 2 weeks of usage and I'm finding this laptop as pricey.

Really light and fast in compare to my old laptop. This one can really surf the internet like no other. Got it at a great price with great apps from Microsoft, like Office with Outlook.

Really solid built laptop, CPU & GPU performance is outstanding, I have own 2 previous 2-in-1 laptops from different vendors & this one by far is much better. So far this laptop has met all my expectations; I will follow up if anything changes in the future. Only small knocks, would be perhaps a little better battery life performance & perhaps a brighter display screen... but even those two aren't bad at all.

A little pricey with the touchscreen option, but I love it. Easy to set up, beautiful graphics. Sleek and light. Good battery run time. Such a pleasure to step up to this from my old dinosaur.

I’m so happy with this laptop so far, good performance, no issues at all, although the Batery life could be better for this kind of machine.

I bought the Inspiron and used it for 7-10 days and while it's not a bad laptop. Good screen, decent processing and relatively fast for normal tasks. I ended up returning it bc of the following: 1. The raised edge at the bottom was incredibly uncomfortable when I had it on my lap which is how I do a lot of work vs using a table. 2. I found the build and screen just average, and for $1000 the screen should be at least 400 nits and this was only 300. As im using for both home/business use. The screen should provide a better video experience.

Although I have had an adjustment period with my Dell, it's a very nice laptop! It's smaller than my previous one and I miss the numeric keypad. I didn't realize I used it so much until I no longer had it. So mostly just adjusting to the smaller size and the keypad itself. Functionally it's great!! Set up was the easiest one I've ever done, and I've done a few over the years. Finding that I like the color of this laptop the longer I have it....It's actually a classy look for a laptop. So far it's doing everything I need it to do...my adjustments are mainly the keyboard, and the new 365 software. As always, Dell has made a quality product.

Replacing a 9 year old Dell Insprion - this machine is much faster, lightweight for portability, convertable, with great resolution. Nice finish and the backlit keyboard complete the upgrade.

I use this as my carry laptop, and have had 0 problems thus far. I use it to stream movies, as well as day to day tasks.

Great deal on this laptop. Pretty powerful, but compact and very portable. Not the lightest laptop Del makes, but having the foldable screen is nice.

Value-packed 2-in-1 laptop. Better value given the AMD Ryzen 7 chip. Most definitely not as light as my previous aluminum body 13 inch XPS, but still acceptable with the 14 inch screen. Works great on video conferencing calls. I dont use the tablet feature much but it's nice to have. Super-easy downloads of Office 365 and other software. Works well as a business PC and is better than the 2020 laptop my employer provides (which is heavy as a brick). Bought this as an open box item. I wiped the PC, including Windows 10 and reloaded without much difficulty. I didn't need any external technical assistance.

Purchased as the schools supplied chrome book was not cutting it. My daughter loves the touch screen and the flip function. No issues so far.

I am completely work from home and manage a call center. I have several systems and browsers open at the same time. This computer has been wonderful, fast and efficient!

Excellent laptop. I bought as a gift to my wife and she loves it. The computer is fast. The touch screen is very responsive. The built quality is excellent.

Perfect computer for photo editing. Storage and ram are high enough that the computer doesn't lag when doing multiple things.

Have a problem with the WIFI adapter, I did the research, and looks like this is the common problem for this model. Great battery life!
