This computer fit the bill. The only issue is when you purchase it be careful of the automatic Dell updates. I just had to take this computer into BestBuy and pay $99.99 because the update from Dell that I ran on my computer last week had issues. They have had several Dell computers come back in the last few weeks.

Crashes several times a week from its own wizards and all updates. Each crash longer and worse with more stuff lost. Can barely function on Facebook and limps along online. Many, many hours spent trying to remove/avoid invasive software and install my preferred antivirus (couldn't do) and word processor, and deal with crashes. Lots of things suddenly going wrong out of nowhere, hours to find a fix. Screen is terrible: faint lines like the stars on gmail cannot be seen at all, like they're not even there. Bad sound. My whole life got backed up because of this laptop and its endless drama. Had an IT guy out at $50/hour to fix it; started crashing again 2 days later. Have gone back to my old Dell XP which is stable, does the few things I need to do, drama-free. I need to get a new laptop, obviously--but it will not be a Dell.
