Great buy even for regular price I just hope it will lasts for years. So far it’s been great for few months very fast great sound too.

I bought this as an open box and still works perfectly. I use it for my online classes ( as a teacher!) and for my office works.

I bought this laptop on clearance on a whim, was cheap and I knew that. But for under $400 I never expected one of the most crucial pieces to fail after two years. The DC jack mount broke and after half hour of trying to figure out how to crack this thing open and take a look inside I discovered where it failed. The DC jack had a cheap plastic 1mm mount screwed to the chassis of the laptop and that is it. I could not believe how cheap dell was with this and clearly and design flaw. Or they knew it would eventually weaken and breaking, forcing people to either buy a new laptop, fix it for $35-$100 depending on if you fixed it yourself or brought it in for repair, or just threw it in the trash. I just find it ridiculous that they couldn’t have put a beefier mount in there. I will never buy a laptop like this again and definitely don’t recommend it. Btw I superglued the heck out of it so hopefully it will last a little longer.

This laptop had a great spec for the price and will work great for my son to use with his schoolwork. He was also excited at the speed to use for gaming as well!

Great laptop. Very dependable and the touch screen adds that easy function for my girlfriend who is not very computer savvy. Can't say anything con wise so far.

The computer is great, the keyboard is soft, really easy to start using. the only downside is the 128 GB memory, but with an external hard drive, problem resolve

Bought it for my husband, he uses it mostly for internet browsing and to watch movies. He loves all of it, specially the touchscreen, he’s very happy with it.

Very happy with this laptop. It is quick, large screen, and touchscreen works well. Teenager uses it for games and homework. Teenager is happy, so I'm happy.

I chose the Dell brand and model for the price since this is used only on occasions when out of town. Works good and was also on sale when I purchased it.

Omgosh I love my laptop. It's touchscreen. I play sims 3 & 4 on it everyday with plenty of cc! I also work from home on it.

I love the touch screen. This is a replacement to my Dell lnspirion 15. I gave that my mother. I'm still getting use to keyboard and mouse. So far so good.

Bought this for my grandfather to do basic tasks. Overall, the laptop does what it's supposed to and is fast enough for him.

Very happy with this lab top. I do not know enough about computers to speak workings of it. My son has assured me it is a good one. Easy for me to use.

I only got this laptop because I needed something to do my school work with, but the touchscreen is awesome and this laptop is really thing and light!

Nice little laptop for light media consumption and online homework. Can't beat this price for the offering.

Works and runs software great for my applications. Wouldn't recommend if you need to run graphics. Very light... seems like battery drains a bit fast.
