Q: Does it have a DVD/CD drive?
A: no. None of them do
A: BestBuy currently has a Dell laptop with 8 gigabytes RAM and an 8th generation I5 processor for $379, just $30 dollars more than this model. Adding 4 gigabytes RAM and upgrading to a 256 gigabyte SSD in this model would cost you MORE than $30, to say nothing of the aggravation. I suggest looking at and perhaps buying that model, which seems like a very good deal for a quad core CPU laptop. This model has a dual core processor, an I3.
Q: Can the 128 gb storage be easily upgraded or replaced?
A: Yes. After removing the bottom panel you’ll get access to the ssd card slot there’s also a 2.5” drive bay with screws inside for you to add another drive yourself. Also the ram is upgradable, took mine to 16gb.

A: There is no Windows Activation Key that is physically seen. You need to have Microsoft Account. Be logged on with the computer that you are trying to activate. Goto Settings/Update & Security/Activation. At the top of the Edition and Activation info, you might see a troubleshoot link/button. Click on it, and it should tell you to verify you computer on your Microsoft Account. Under your Microsoft Account go to Devices and locate that laptop in question, then follow the links Manage/Add device.
