Greta price for what you are getting. This is a great home working computer or just for studying. Wouldn't recommend it for any heavy loaded programs.

Great laptop! Haven't had any issues. Holds a lot of memory. Use it for school and personal. Easy to learn and navigate as well!

Computer works great. Windows 10 sucks. Have to pay Microsoft to gain access to my old works documents. Ordering an apple soon.

Bought for my middle school kid. Works perfectly for him for browsing, movies and coding. He enjoys the touchscreen which works well.

As arrived, ALL FILES were linked thru OneDrive. Sounds good, as that lets you interact with PC files on a remote cloud-based storage. As I found out when I retrieved my files from my backup, I now had 35GB in OneDrive ... but, MSFT only gives you 5GB of free OneDrive storage! Win 10 wouldn't let me do anything with those files since my OneDrive space was over-full! Obvious choice (from MSFT's perspective) is to BUY their 1TB storage in OneDrive ... ANNUALLY! Totally wasted several days extracting my files from OneDrive and putting them directly on "This PC", and then putting the few (3GB worth) of files I need to see on other devices back into OneDrive. This was never an issue with the version on Win 10 on my previous laptop that had died. Now the hardware! two weeks after getting the software OneDrive issue resolved, I went to sleep with a "live" laptop. Upon waking I discovered that it had not just gone "to sleep" after inactivity ... it wouldn't wake up! Luckily it was still within the SHORT phone support warranty period from Dell. After a 30-minute support call, involving disconnecting the charger, holding down the power-on button, releasing it, re-plugging the charger, hitting the "ON" button again and rapidly hitting F12 to get into a diagnostic mode. Diagnostics showed everything was fine ... but no explanation for why the laptop had temporarily turned into brick!

Very pleased with our purchase. Very easy to use right out of the box. My 13 year old received as Christmas gift and he absolutely loves it.

Have not used it much yet, Seams to be just what I needed. I like the big screen size. Fairly easy to set up.

This laptop is very reliable and was very affordable. I like being able to stream music via Bluetooth onto my big stereo from the laptop.

Very nice and thin laptop. Touch screen is a plus. It starts very quickly and shuts down the same unless there's updates.

Needed a very basic laptop for a good price to just use Microsoft Office applications. This was a pretty good deal for this use case.
