Great Laptop. Touch screen is awesome

Hard Drive Fried < 60 Days

I figured it was time to upgrade my archaic computer. After spending a month transferring software, licenses, files etc it completely breaks down. It doesn't recognize the hard drive. MAJOR malfunction and no one really cares. I didn't buy the exorbitant Geek Squad extended warranty as you figure it will last more than 60 days. My only solution is to go to Dell which will take weeks. BTW – it was a work computer and wasn’t being used for gaming etc. Just basic Microsoft Office, Acrobat XI. Sorry but if my 7 year old laptop could handle this a brand new one should have had no issues. Nice to see Best Buy standing by their products. Won’t be shopping there again.
