Need to hava my external drive working with loptop.

Cannot find any way to permanently keep large fonts so I can read my screen. Computer hardware and software companies should not change things that work. I cannot read my screen and find out how to keep larger text and my default. Hate my new Windows 10 and Delll

This laptop was very slow eevencright out of the box. It lags for some reason.

I bought this laptop for business use and it had serve me well, the touch screen is a plus

I am very happy with my Dell Inspiron. The Best Buy agent listened to what my needs were and suggested this great value. Setup was simple, touch-screen a plus, and size is just right.

Very slow for an i5, 6G RAM computer. i worked on a Sony i3 and it's much better. Very disappointing purchase and low value of money. I hope my review reaches DELL customer support.

Not really performing as I had hoped to slow to handle photo shop and Facebook. Didn't realize that the laptop didn't have a disc drive.

I have used this laptop for occassion work stuff, but not on a regular basis. It works well when I need it.

Worse Dell I've ever owned! The touch screen scrolling is awful, awkward, and abnormal. I see the attempt at the user friendly concept, but to me the ease of use is missing. I got onto the internet one day and it just started flashing and took on a life of it's own. The on board mouse often stuck, like there was no communication between it and the screen. Major glitches with this model IMO!

I am so disappointed about this purchase I did in May 2015. My laptop is no longer working which I was very surprised. I take good care of it. Never dropped it or got it wet. About a month ago it's not turning on. It might be the motherboard. I was so happy at first even though it cost me more than $700. Wow very disappointed!

No disc capacity. Only two ports. THe dowload from previous com;puter was inadequate.

I am starting college in September and I needed to buy a new computer. It did not take me long before I discovered what this computer had to offer. With plenty of hard drive, memory, and a "beefy" processor speed, this computer is able to surf the web with ease and also mess around with any application you access on a daily basis. The fact that there is no built-in disc drive may be a negative for some consumers; however, there are a couple alternatives to obtaining programs or just viewing the discs you love. Many programs nowadays come with product keys and are able to be downloaded from online. If you want to go with the traditional style and have access to a disc drive, you can purchase an external one for a relatively cheap price. The touchscreen is smooth and flawless, able to perform any function/command you desire. I will make sure not to dirty my fingers when using this computer because the touchscreen is a major feature that makes the experience worth while. The only downside to this computer will depend on the type of person you are. For me, having big hands and fingers, you will tend to hit the CAPS LOCK key instead of the a-key from time to time. However, this is a rarity, and will be a result of how fast a person is typing. If there was something I would change about this computer, it would be to make the keyboard a little bigger to accommodate for the individuals with bigger hands; but I wouldn't really want that to happen because the keyboard is easy to adjust to. Overall, Dell has produced an outstanding laptop, and this isn't even the best model of it. ADDITION: For purchasing this laptop I was able to reserve my copy of Windows 10 for free upon release date. Another great bonus about both this Dell laptop and Microsoft programs

Being 30 and going back to school, I was a little worried. This laptop did great for online classes.

Lots of problems with the Windows 8 compatabilities with the laptop. Had to pay $300 to get Dell service techs to help trouble-shoot. That was a month ago. Still not working well. I would recommend to avoid this laptop.

It is a very good laptop. I really enjoyed it. I am using it still
