Great laptop and great battery life. The screen has greet viewing quality. i'm impressed for the price I got it for.

So far, I cannot complain. This laptop has done everything I wanted.

The light weight makes it an ideal laptop for college students. Performance specs are similar to an Mac at half the cost. The touch screen is not really useful since the laptop cannot be folded all the way nor does the keyboard detach so using it as a tablet is not possible.

Was very easy to use and set up. Easy enough for a three and six year old to grasp. Highly recommended

these are great laptops for the price! weather you need it for work or school it will handle most of your needs. Yes I would recommend it to a friend in fact I bought two for my college kids.

The transition for Vista to Windows 8 -- ugh! I'm getting used to it, but it certainly not very intuitive. But the Dell is everything I've come to expect & appreciate in the laptops.

Very responsive and with Windows 10 upgrade is even better! Hated 8-8.1 but Windows 10 FINALLY gets it (mostly) right! Everything works like it should on a laptop. Touch screen is nice but I like my tablets better for touch screen use.

Overall I like it. It is going slow and I just got it. It has lots of storage. It seems to already have a virus and I got virus protection when I bought it. Love the touchscreen!

Using this in an office and its been working out well. Portable to be able to carry around easily with a nice screen and backlit keys. Overall a nice machine. Probably not for gamers but for home and business use it works great.

Works really well even though I am not a fan of Win 8.1. I use a toshiba docking port to get dual monitors. The only thing it does not have that was a surprise is a network port. I plan to get a USB dongle soon to correct that.

I purchased this for my daughter because she is taking online classes and she says that she absolutely love it. Said it is really fast and easy to use.

Thus far, the laptop has functioned perfectly. Easy set-up and configuration that took minimal time. The overall transition from the old to the new laptop took a couple hours. Overall, I've nothing negative to say about it.
