I like the size, not too small or big. Also I love the keyboard. I like the weight of it as well. I can carry it all day.

I liked this laptop at first but after a few weeks it made a lot of static sounds & the screen turned black. I’d have to manually turn it off & then it back on to use. I like that it folded & had a touch screen.

Purchased this laptop for my daughter who used it for two years, after which the battery performance began to decline. It barely holds about 2 hours worth of charge and dies. Also, my daughter also complained about occasional "slow reaction time." Overall, I am very disappointed with this Dell model as I have had more positive experience in the past. Laptops should last more than 2 years in a reliable fashion. My other college age children who use Apple MacBook Air have had completely different experience as theirs are still functioning reliably well beyond several years.

This laptop is much better than my previous one in that it is much lighter, thinner, and easier to carry when I travel.

Good performance in a sturdy, lightweight laptop. The first one had an issue with maintaining a wifi connection. Visited tech support. They said they could test the machine to determine the cause of the problem, or simply replace it. Went with replacement option, and second machine has been fine.

Unsure of all the features but Best Buy Geeks very willing and helpful in explaining the basics to me and answering questions. Would recommend this computer to anyone interested in a new smaller computer with all the features of a desk computer. PS Don't know how to post a photo.

Well I wish that it had a 512 GB solid-state drive, but I think this is a wonderful machine for my daughter. It’s quick to boot, fast processing, and does everything she would like to do. I wouldn’t call it a powerhouse machine, but she doesn’t want us. It is definitely more than she needs.
