Needed an upgrade from my previous Dell computer. I have had my previous one for over 10 years and this was definitely worth the upgrade. It is lightning fast and the features are awesome. Would recommend to anyone that needs a computer for everyday use, that prefers Microsoft.

I'm a senior in college and needed a solid laptop for research, homework, and Netflix. Being a student, I also needed this to be reasonably priced. This laptop has met all those requirements and then some. I highly recommend it to those looking for a great value from Dell!

It boots almost instantly so I can be productive even for brief periods. I'm a fast typist so I really appreciate the full size and quality of the keyboard. It takes less space in my backpack than laptops with smaller screens and keyboard and is light too. Glad I purchased it.

I wanted to try something different. Started with a Kindle and moved up the ranks with tablet like items over the years. I missed the desktop computer and this Dell product has given me that option along with a desktop feel. The Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 is amazing,

works well enough, downloading could be quicker but is not real slow. battery life fully charged is about 5 hours. for the price I got what I expected.

Don't care for it not being a detachable 2-in-1 but it really performs great for my needs and the 8GB Memory and 256GB SSD is really great.

Wonderful salesman; Geek Squad helped, but seemed confused on certain points. Work was off when I went back to pick up laptop so there was a long wait.

For a laptop that does not have discrete graphics, ryzens are the way to go. This laptop is light, portable and considerably more powerful than the other offerings from intel in this price range. I got this to compliment my gtx 1070 laptop which is much bigger in comparison.

wanted a small fast laptop to edit video on as well as use as day to day for email, watch sling Netflix ect. paid the extra money for a solid state drive so it wouldn't get hot while I have it on my lap (its called a laptop after all) this thing gets real hot real quick, especially when charging and streaming video. very disappointed not ready to recommend yet

Although wouldn't have been my choice, the wife lives it. There is a few issues with it but I'm sure I can sort them when I get the time.

Since I purchased this computer last year, the computer has constantly overheated and froze. I tried to have it checked before my warranty ended, but the person I talked to said there was no warranty he could find. So, instead of spending more money on it than it was worth, I upgrade to a better model.

Great deal, bought this as an open box item, has a great build quality, now its time for dell to have less of a dull design.

I have only used it when my husband is using the desktop computer and I need to do some work on the laptop. I will continue to try it.

We have a similar laptop at home and decided it was time for another computer. Easy to use, does what I need it to for work presentations.

Great memory and processing speeds but randomly restarts or will have trouble with facial recognition. Overall I love my new laptop.

My son loves his Dell. It’s fits in his backpack and he can use it anywhere WiFi is available.

This is a great laptop. It has what I wanted. The solid state drive, a lighted keyboard, being able to use it like a tablet.

This is the perfect computer for my mother (she's 81). She reads the news, plays games, Facebook and looks things up. She doesn't need a super fast computer or fancy one. It sits in her lap (like it should) and she is enjoying it.

I had to send two back because of defects but this 3rd one seems to be working fine
