    Since I bought this computer it has been nothing but problems, when the cursor points on something the only thing that shows is the code. Half of the time it won't allow you to connect thru a interlink. you have to go to Google and type it in, at this point I could go on however instead I'll give you a fair Warring DO NOT BUY THIS DELL COMPUTER. With that being said I'll be buying a new one, and when I di it will NOT be a Dell, and might not be Best Buy either.

    In general, the new laptop is good, but we had an issue with the motherboard that resulted in the laptop not re-charging. Fortunately, it was covered by warranty.
