Not a gamer, just looking for all around laptop for general purpose tasks - email, Word/Excel, web surfing, running apps like tax sw, SketchUp, etc. Great graphics and screen, quick boot-up, plenty of battery life, just the right size for working at the kitchen counter or sitting on the sofa. Good performance and value.

I ended up needing to upgrade for class and I'm glad I did. I've had it for about a year and a half now and it still works incredibly well with strong processing. The touch screen is definitely a nice touch.

This best part of the laptop was its price since the performance of its CPU/GPU is amazing for the task of running simple games to surfing the web and quality of being made of aluminum.

The screen folds around 180 degrees so you can use it as a tablet as well. I got the version with the Ryzen 2500U processor and is therefore very affordable and has a built-in Radeon Vega graphics chip. I have played quite a few mid-tier games and I found this laptop has no problems with lagging at all. The battery life is quite acceptable

Great laptop for students as well as Netflix users

It has both touch screen capability as well as a surprisingly long battery life. I have experience no issues running Microsoft office and Netflix. This is plenty of computer for the average college student!

It is fast, has the ports I use. Shook hands with my Acer 27 “ monitor and wireless HP printer (both from Best Buy) without any problems. And I haven’t even tried to push its limits yet.

Her previous lap top was 4 yrs old very slow and very basic. My daughter loves this. She games on it as well as uses it for school. I have heard 0 complaints from her. Nice and slim fits in her back pack easy.

Thanks for your review. We're sorry that the battery is not lasting as long as you hoped it would. We'd recommend the following tips to help your computer's battery last longer:
Change the Power Plan:
1. On the notification area of the taskbar, right-click the Battery icon.
2. On the options list, click Power Options.
3. Select a power plan on the battery meter, such as Power Saver or Balanced. Windows 10 has a built in 'Battery Saver' mode that can be activated to extend your system's battery life. The Battery Saver mode will monitor and limit background activity and other features such as push notifications. You do have the option to enable or disable this mode within settings or within advanced Battery Saver settings, you can customize the mode to best suit your needs.
a) Click on the Action Center icon in the taskbar and select the tile for Battery Saver.
b) If running Cortana then type Battery Saver into the search box and select from the results.
Within the Battery Saver settings page, you will be able to turn on and off the feature and customize the feature to best meet your needs.
c) Turn Battery Saver On or Off.
d) Additional settings available via the Battery use and Battery saver settings links.
e) Battery use shows further info on apps and their power usage.
f) Battery Saver Settings screen allows you to customize further Battery Saver feature.
