    My biggest concern up front was the built-in SSD at 128GB. After putting music on and installing a few programs I still have about 51GB free. It wakes up in under 10 seconds and I can have a browser open in about 20 seconds. Love the LCD contrast and color and that it's a 2:1 with touch screen, but I only flip to tablet mode maybe 10% of the time; I thought I'd use that more. I have to pair it with Jambox for movies, etc. because the built-in speakers are just ok. All in all I am exceedingly happy with this laptop.

    My previous experience with Dell laptops has been good and I expect this laptop to be another good purchase. The SSD hard drive makes a big difference in performance and sharp screen looks good even for the 13 inch screen size.

    I bought this 2-in-1 open box and it came in good condition. It's start up time is pretty fast. It is difficult to open the laptop up with one hand, if they made that a little easier it would make it a lot better. The main problem is that the wireless connection keeps dropping intermittently, this is maddening. It hasn't happened enough to make me want to return it yet but if it keeps up, that will most certainly happen.

    Purchased four units, two for gifts and two for business. I was surprised with the number of critical Bios, driver updates, and problems with WiFi. Dell update process was disappointing. Start is slower than anticipated. Waiting to see how things are over next couple months.
