Went to purchase a new laptop for husband. I had purchased Surface tablet prior year and he did not like it. He only uses computer for internet browsing and photo storage. We did not need a complicated laptop and computer specialist at store guided us to our best options. He was knowledgeable and friendly to work with for the purchase.

I like the fact that the laptop is light and easy to use.

Excellent laptop, I really recommended it. After a while looking for a laptop I made up my choice for this one, fulfill all my expectations, I'm a tech guy and I have to say that I'm able to do everything with it.

Have been using it for about a month now, battery life is great and so far no problems. Only problem is the screen dims randomly but that might be a setting problem. Overall great computer and light weight.

I'm fresh out of high school and starting college soon. I much needed a new laptop, very much! I was actually very surprised what they have done to laptops in the recent years! This was so easy for me to navigate and can easily be personalized to your liking (background, sound, brightness, etc.). Also, (think it's an important factor [?]), it is super easy to convert from 'laptop mode' to 'tablet mode' Anyways, i love it!

Like my new Dell. There was a initial driver problem but when I called service tech department I received excellent service. They worked to correct the problem. So far so good!

Laptop/Tablet is used mostly for basic browsing around the house. Works well. The touchpad is average. The resolution on the screen could be better. Decent unit for the price.

I initially had an ASUS 2 in one but returned it for this computer. It is really fast, the display is great, good sound and love the backlit keyboard that the ASUS lacked. It is also not too bulky and the texture makes it easy to hold on to and also helps it to stay in place when you have it in the easel mode. The touch screen is really responsive also. The hinge is heavy duty so I can't foresee a problem with using it in tablet mode. I would definitely purchase this again. I got this as an open box buy. You can never go wrong with best buy's open box items.

He loves it and after my review online I went to the Hurst store where a very knowledgeable young man from Geek Squad (Zack) told me more about this computer and I felt comfortable then to purchase it. I hope someone can let Zack know how much of an impact he had on this purchase and let him know I said "THANK YOU !"

128 GB flash drive was too small for programs and files; would be great if we worked through the cloud. Returned this version and bought the version with a 500 GB hard drive

This a great computer for moderate use (5-12 tabs open, watching videos along with microsoft office all at once. Resolution is great, and the 8GB can handle daily use and multitasking. 2-1 feature is nice, especially when you want to use the touch screen. Only caveat is that it can get too hot when watching videos for extended periods of time (20 mins+) if it's not super ventilated (like sitting on your lap)

We wanted something that would be fast and easy to use. The SSD works excellent for our situation. The touch screen was a bonus, and has proven very useful. We are very pleased with this laptop.

This was purchased after my wife's laptop was dropped and the screen broke. She wanted something that was lightweight, semi-powerful, and she could sit in bed with at night and check email, read, play games, etc. So far, this hits all of those points and more. The only negative comment I have so far is that sometimes the screen does not turn on when waking the device, requiring a warm-boot of the system.

Found this after looking for a solid laptop for online classes. First choice was a chromebook but that lacked compatibility with blackboard. After using this for 3 months, I'm way more satisfied.

So far it's been a great PC. And the price was right. It's faster than my old Surface!

Good battery life from 6 to 8 hrs. Fast enough to run some programs off an microsd card. Good full high def screen. Build quality appears very good including partly aluminum case. Nothing to complain about. Definitely recommend!
