I enjoy it very much. Like the touchscreen feature. Very fast. Does everything i need it to do. Unfortunately it has a weird malfunction. If I unplug it from the charger while watching a video or listening to music, the audio is interrupted and the speakers make a terrible scratching noise. It seems to have something to do with a transfer of power in the laptop when switching from pluggin to battery. This problem was immediate. But I didn't ask about it for about a month. When I asked Best Buy if they would replace it, they said it needed to be within 15 days of purchase. They said they would fix it, but that it would take a couple weeks through a third party company. I can't really go without my laptop for that long so I'll probably just deal with it. Sucks for $700. Kinda wish i would have gone somewhere else. If this happens to you, bring it in right away! Don't wind up like me!

When my seven year old VAIO finally quit on me I decided on this two-in-one due mainly to price and screen size. I was so impressed! It's very user friendly and the screen quality is great. Would definitely recommend to others.

Got laptop for college this fall - mostly using for Netflix and Internet now. Very happy with speed of processor and graphics. Great product for price. Happy so far. Dell rated best after Mac by Consumer Reports last couple of year and my computer savvy cousin was spot on with i5, 8gb and ssd drive.

I have had my eye on 2 in 1 laptops for a while now however noticed they weren't very afforable nor were they very sturdy. This was the first laptop that I actually fell in love with. Plus the affrdable price and how it works with my needs is perfect. I love this laptop. Everyone else who has seen it in my life loves it as well. Even though I won't let anyone else touch it:)

I bought this laptop 2 months ago and it is working perfect. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

I especially like the solid state hard drive which eliminates overheating problems and is good for battery life. The advertised 8 hour battery life is pretty much spot on.

Found the computer to be very easy to use, lightweight and portable

We purchased this computer for our daughter who is leaving for college this year. The size is ideal for her to carry with her to class, the keyboard is bigger than the typical tablet, which makes it more comfortable for typing. It performs well, has plenty of memory, and will suit her College needs perfectly. Excellent battery life. I highly recommend this computer for anyone, especially college students.

Great product. Easy set up...the only problem that I had was that my printer (Brother) did not support windows 10...despite what their helpline says. I eventually bought an HP product which works perfectly. Relatively inexpensive computer that meets all my needs and more

Bought this computer as a replacement and it has performed well. Had one minor problem, but Geek Squad was able to quickly correct the problem

Got one for each of my sons before they head to school. They won't put them down. Very fast. Good battery life. One boy does a lot of audio editing and he loves it.

The Dell Inspiron 13" is a good all around laptop for taking on vacations, which is how I will use it. The screen size is adequate, it's light weight makes it easy to carry, and the ability to plug in thumb drives is a major plus. The keyboard is sensitive, and I wish it was raised, but it takes getting used to. Of course, you can use the touch screen.

My Dell is working well for the price purchased. The only issue has been the display driver freezes every now and then, but no major issue.

Had the unit for a year, crazy quick laptop. I had a wifi issue that was fixed with a windows restore after first getting it but never had an issue since. It was dropped 7 months in and cracked the screen but it was a minor one and it was still usable for almost 4 months after until after almost a quart of water was spilled on it (giant sports bottle.) The little guy was abused and lasted longer than I would have expected, will stick with Dell laptops from now on as they seem to be almost indestructible little work horses.

THis laptop is awesome, has two functions in one. I likt the fact that i can use it as a notepad and it is touchscreen as well.

What else can I say! If you could give me a site to learn it. I would appreciate the info!

Short story... my wife's Dell died three weeks before start of the Holidays. How could that be? Did somewhat of a search on line and Best Buy website. Went in and she had a new one the next day. Since then she's happy and that makes me happy. End of story.

honestly did not spend a lot of time researching, but I have always been a fan of the Dell. The light up keyboard may come in handy once rooming at college. it is the perfect and recommended size to take to class. plenty of memory and processing speed.

These laptops are great. I have 5 of them in my agency now and have been very happy with them. For a long time I got away from buying anything dell, but these laptops have been fantastic.
