A great buy

great mid range laptop

I love the touch screen. would be better if the tablet could come apart from the keyboard, or if the keyboard had a cover for when you fold the screen portion over.

good machine but 128 GB of SSD is not enough

Is Dell as good as it's rated?

I had to take it into to Geek Squad less than 30 days after purchase due to some software issues. Hopefully those are "cured" and there are no hardware issues. Oh well...

Good Starter Laptop

Not sure how I'd feel at full price, but it seems to be a good laptop. I bought this for my daughter who needed it for school. Amazon has sketchy reviews which worried me - but BestBuy reviews were better, so idk. My critiques are: The screen doesn't sit flat when flipped around in tablet mode. Not a fan of the lager bezel area for the touch screen. I prefer 256GB as a minimum SSD size (128GB should be long gone by now)

Not a bad laptop - nice touch screen

I tried shopping around online but it's always hard to know what will work for you unless you physically hold/see the item. I went to best buy and did laps around the computer section. While the woman who "helped me" wasn't actually very helpful, I did land on this computer and have been pleasantly surprised. It comes with a lot of features I didn't expect and I love the touch screen. The battery lasts not as long as I had hoped, but processing speed is pretty good and it has everything I need for browsing the web, basic gaming, excel, etc.

Awesome Tablet with a SSD upgrade

It was short on disk space as purchased so I did upgrade the hard drive on my own with a Samsung SSD 850 EVO. Now this 2-n-1 is working perfectly for me. CAD, Office Suites, and my Home Inspection Software run flawlessly.

Awesome laptop

It's my first touch screen laptop so I was kind of worried but the touch Screen works awesome. Only con is that the screen had a few white spots. Went back to buys buy and they checked it out and fixed the issue Thanks Best Buy
