This computer is a perfect size for me. I can carry it everywhere and it is not too big but the screen is a perfect size.

Although I have had no problems so far with this laptop, I feel again that there were not enough options to choose from when I initially purchased. This is way more machine than I needed but I was afraid to buy the cheapest model. I am really tired of having to purchase an additional $500 worth of products, and services just to get out the door. Everyone uses the same basic products. Include those in the total price, and let those customers who need those optional services, purchase those. And quit charging for data transfers. If we pay for the extra protection and support, furnish the transfer at purchase. Customer service people!

The salesman was very knowledgeable and I feel I got the best TV for my needs! It is a lovely addition to my living room

I am enjoying the touch screen, but the Microsoft word has a tendency to be unresponsive at times causing me to shut the computer off manually and then restart. Frustrating!

Service at Best Buy is always outstanding. Was shopping for a Laptop and have been extremely happy with my purchase.

Outstanding laptop with a lot of great features! I bought this laptop prior to deploying to Afghanistan and it has certainly exceeded my expectations. The battery life is very long and it easily transitions from laptop to tablet. Highly recommend this laptop for anyone in the market for a 2n1 laptop!

My new Dell is great. The people there from sales to the Geek Squad were wonderful. I only do buy from Best Buy.

I finally upgraded. This laptop is replacing an old desktop PC and tablet. I found the virtual keyboard takes up too much of the screen. Have tried using Excel on a tablet? So, I didn't on this 2 and 1. I've used it in laptop and tablet modes and find it to be a good fit for me. It's not big and heavy like my old 17.3" laptop. Beware it only has USB ports and an HDMI post so if you want to an ethernet or a display port for an external monitor you'll need USB dock or some conversion cable and it doesn't a DVD drive. I plan to get an external DVD drive for the occasional software that still comes a on disk.

Basically a windows laptop with Apple-like asthetics. Powerful but still lightweight. Touch screen is responsive and overall this laptop is definite reccomend to buy.

So far my computer has been great for what I need which is word processing and Internet for online graduate classes. The only negative I can say is that when I'm reading something and go back and forth from the touch screen to the mouse, it sometimes glitches and doesn't let me use the mouse to scroll on the scroll bar. But, it hasn't been a huge problem and I'm happy with the quality for the price.

Performance is ok but switching between PC mode and tablet mode is not so great. Response is bit slow during changing modes.

I purchased this laptop as a backup; but I love it so much it will be my primary equipment. Awesome laptop!

I bought this for work. I needed something on the budget to handle share point related and it is fantastic.

Great powerful Light weight Machine. I purchase this for my high school student and it was great machine. Very responsive, light weight and battery last quite a while. The only negative here is the small size of the SSD which is not an issue for me as I have plenty of larger SSD to swap it with.

I was surprised at how well this computer worked and how well it was liked by the end user in the office.

Fast, bright high res screen and and that Dell quality that holds its own with any other laptop out there!

Had to return 1st computer it locked up and geek squad could not get it going. Replaced it with a new one.

We wanted to buy a computer for our son to take to college. After looking at several reviews, this one came out on top. Our son enjoys the reliability of this lap top along with how easy it is to navigate and the capacity it has.

The computer is very portable and very easy to navigate very useful for school work with touch.screen and portable keyboard only ,battery became hot easily.
