    We got this laptop for our son who is in high school. He had an older chrome book from school that he got used to but when he switched schools his new school doesn't have a computer program. He says he thinks the processing is faster and the graphics are better than his chrome book and he is thankful to have it for help with his homework and simple gaming. He says it could have a better speaker system but he typically uses headphones anyway.

    I purchased this Dell laptop and had to take it back and had it replaced. The second identical laptop had the same problem and this time the Geek Squad looked at it. After we tried his fix I took it home and the same start up issue occurred again. I brought it back and replaced it with a competitor laptop.

    I bought this computer for school since I needed a PC. I was pleasantly surprised by the functionality as a laptop and its ability to be folded into a tablet. It met all of my basic needs!

    I haven't had any real issues with this laptop. I use it for the Analytics program I am in at North Carolina Stat. My only complaint is the design of the on/off button. It is in a terrible location and one can easily turn the laptop off by mistake just by moving the laptop on your desk. If this does happen, its hard to tell if your laptop is asleep or actually turned off. It then takes several minutes to bring it back to life.
