I like the feel of the laptop and ssd makes it faster.

Very easy to use and works great for class workloads.

We started out with the 11" version for portability, but the screen was just too small for our purposes. This was the best value we could find for the versatility, quality, great display, form factor and power. Obviously you have to decide on how much horse power, memory and storage you need. For our purposes, it works great. I have a power house desktop that I built for heavy computing, but for mobile office, presentation and surfing purposes, this really shines. I also use the tablet mode and love that I can flip in and out as needed.

I believe that this computer is one of the best computers on the market, especially for college students. The solid state drive is amazing and allows me to take my laptop to class easily without worrying about damaging the hard drive of the computer. The SSD also makes the computer slimmer and lighter, which is definitely a plus for college students who take their computers with them to class. Although there is less memory than a regular computer, flash drives are easy to use. The easy maneuverability definitely outranks the slightly smaller memory.

Bought this for my 9 year old daughter. I opted for the open box with all the manufacture warranty and an additional 2 year warranty from Best buy. I know I don't have to worry to replace it for at least the 2 years warantee period. If you are looking for something powerful and stylish, this a good investment.

I'm not that computer savey, so I did noy realize just how powerful and exspansive the systems abilities would be. I'm very happy and know / expect that this compiutor will cover my home and office needs maybe for years to come. I give it a 4++

This is the first laptop that I have purchased and I love it. The keyboard is fun to use and I love that we can change to touch screen.

I purchased this laptop about two weeks ago and so far it's working as advertised. In a few hours I had it configured to my preferences and had Office 365 working. Pros: - SSD is fast - love the back-lit keyboard - screen as very good resolution - so far no issues with touch screen. - Windows 10 is working w/o any wifi connection problems. - battery life seems pretty good, but I don't have exact numbers. I can go several days w/o charging with light usage. - pretty light weight. - outside shell is pretty slick. I like the look and feel. - boot-up from sleep mode is 20 sec. - paid $749.00 + $45.00 in tax which I thought was not too bad. Cons - touch pad is okay, could be better. - need two hand to open laptop. This is a real negative for me. I have this slick looking, light weight, new laptop and I need two hands to open - SSD drive is on the smaller side. Would be nice if it was 250 Gig Hope this helps.

This is a very good laptop from Dell expect there is small hardware bug ,if you are playing a video and you disconnect power capable video will stop playing for 2-3 seconds.. I tested on couple of same model laptops and I got same result.

This computer freezes frequently and it's very frustrating. Had great difficulty downloading Office 365 as computer kept "going down". It seems as though wireless card is not functioning properly. Considering returning this laptop.

This device was easy to set up and we have had zero issues with it. Performing well for a moderate price point device.

Good product, quick boot up and speed overall. Freezes from time to time when on the net but I did buy a refurbished unit, that may be why it was returned. Good processor speed with the third generation I5. The solid stat hard drive is awesome just need to be a bit bigger.

The two and one is very handy. The size is ideal. The screen has great contrast. And the overall layout makes for a very convenient package. I've used Dell computers at work for years but this is the first one that I ever purchased and I'm happy with the outcome .

Lightweight, long lasting battery, and will hopefully last longer than the Lenova I bought new 2 years ago.
