I helped my husband purchase this and recommended it for the SSD. He really likes the quick boot up time, and he loves how thin and light it is after a couple of years with a larger heavy laptop. He pretty much uses this like a laptop, not a tablet, but wanted it something small and light for travel. Granted, we haven't had it that long, but so far he loves it.

I love my Dell laptop. It's very user friendly and it's very fast. The look is sleek and unique.

A 13" side to side screen is the perfect size for a two in one and the solid state processor works faster than my old I7 conventional processor. The screen clarity is also great. No issues so far.

Good computer. Mouse cursor disappears every once in a while have to restart computer probably just some bugs but other than that pretty good computer. No Blu-ray player not a lot of hard drive space, but that is OK because I use a external hard drive

Pros: flexible screen, smooth Win 10 boot and performance, tablet mode availability (especially split screen), quality build, i5 with 8GB memory is wildly sufficient for most applications. Cons: somewhat heavy, screen resolution can be distorting.

so i have last years model, and now this years as well! i really love this laptop! light, streamline, but with the power of a big boy! i broke the screen on my first one an wasn't able to use the touch screen after only 2 months. well i got it fixed gave it to my son and purchased this one!! love the SSD....128 wasn't enough for me so i purchased one on sale and had geek squad install. Now its my perfect CPU!

It has taken me while to get used to my new laptop, especially the smaller keyboard. However, I am now getting used to it and am starting to enjoy its many features.

I was able to set up most of this with no help. I like the quick access to internet, I like Windows 10, the graphics are beautiful. It hooked up to my old printer well. It is easy to use, and I am very happy with it.

I bought this computer out of desperation, but I really love it. It works great and does everything I need. I bought the geek squad support and I highly suggest it!

This is a great computer. I have had it for almost 1yr now and I love it. I more into correspondence, social media, and working with Microsoft Apps so it was an easy decision for me. I am completely fine with not having a lot of memory on my computer and using an external hard drive. This computer has been great for watching movies and or TV shows. Highly recommend it.

I absolutely love my computer. It is super functional. I originally purchased for everyday personal use(email, browsing, social media etc.). It worked wonderfully. Now I am pursuing my college degree. My Dell transitioned with me seamlessly. Love it. The keyboard backlight is also awesome. Never knew this feature could add so much to my laptop experience.

I've been having problems using/connecting all equipment I bought first from Ethernet trouble and then because I haven't quite understood all directions for hook-up

I needed a computer that is tough enough to do everything I need, all the time, every time, and this computer does the trick. I have been a fan of Dell Products for many years, and I was not disappointed this time. The only complaint I have is that the keys don't light up every time I type, and I can't quite figure out why. But, put in a wireless mouse, and this is great!
