    I'm impressed by how quickly this unit starts and shutsdown. I am equally impressed by the processing speed as compared to the unit it replaced. My only disappointment is that the RAM cannot be increased.

    So far the computer has been a good 2 in 1 laptop. I had the geeks quad set it up so I did not have any installation problems. The keyboard is a little small and I wish it did have an internal CD drive.

    Student/working in IT for a few years now and found many laptops not able to last. So far for the price this laptop has been superb. Dell, in my opinion has always been a brand to make quality products.

    Got this for my daughter after she destroyed her Mac. She loves it. Finally got her on a PC whew. System works great nice and thin like her Mac and she can do alot more with it. Maybe get another one to replace my old laptop.
