With the help of Geek Squad, could not get good wifi connection. Also, constantly got 'hung up' and Geek Squad advised me to return it.

Purchased this for my son who is heading into his first year of college and he loves it. It boots up quickly and provides him tablet capabilities in the class room as well.

Like the versatile options for the 2in1. Only issue was my enter key would sometimes respond like the home key. Techy wife fixed the problem. No issues since then. Love it!

This worked exactly the way it should. Technology advanced so fast that it quickly become me necessary to buy a new one. However it worked well.

Computer has performed all tasks and functions its been required to do. Multiple windows and programs running at the same time with no downgrade in performance.

i got this instead of the tablet for drawing to hook up to a computer, this you can get a stylus and draw on it with included paint programs, i then purchased adobe photoshop so i can add layers for my screen printing work i am so happy i went with this option i can bring my work everywhere with me

I have owned this system for 2 years and have had zero issues with it. I like the backlit keyboard and long battery life. The touchscreen is great, even when I just want to use it as a laptop. Dell makes some good laptops and tablets. Great price from Best Buy.

Right now, this computer is working very well for my office. Time before i need hardware support for Dell and the response was amazing.

Display drive has hiccups with minor tasks. Purchased open box in store. Windows 10 is intuitive.

The computer was a great buy and I'm happy with it. A recommendation for items like this is have some type of special wrapping for them.

I connect to a large monitor at home, but I like small size for portability. I originally purchased the Microsoft surface, but had so many problems with the detachable keyboard not functioning that I returned it and purchased this product. Great! No problems at all!

Just like others reviewing here, it's the luck of the draw when purchasing this Dell 2 in 1. My Dell freezes up regularly and often warns "display driver" nof working. Dell is no help with the backup of this product. Horrible! If you get a good one then lucky you. If you get a bad one like me, you've got yourself an expensive paper weight. Do not buy.

Used pretty much for checking e`mail, surfing the web, and facebook. Have only had it a short time, but works great for everything so far.

Laptop is very user friendly. Battery life can be a bit better, aside from that I would recommend to anyone. Best laptop Ive owned
