Microsoft computers suck, The computer does not sync like it is supposed to my e-mail. Does not pull up apps like it is supposed to. I had to call the Geek squad they had to down load another program so I could sync to my current emails. if dell continues to use Microsoft I will never buy another dell.

Had 2 of these within 3 hours. Both weren't able to connect to wifi. Apparently some driver was missing - right out of the box. That's unacceptable, I'm not supposed to fix things in a brand new computer. Returned on the spot.

Read the reviews and while many reviews 4 or 5 stars noted a significant number of reviews stated problem with internet connectivity. Well loyal me decided to buy Dell 7000 series 13" 2 in 1 256 solid state etc- got home and guess what- no internet connection- defaulted to airplane mode. Soooo- returned same with no hassle and go another one......same story!!!!I Rtn it and dumb me said I'll go for a 3rd try- surely this can't happen again. IT DID! ENOUGH- Swapped it out for a HP Spectre 360 with same specs and couldn't be more pleased. Gk Squad was great during this process. AND we found out that Dell had issue a notice stating they were having "some" issues along this line!! Nice. Right. Thanks Dell. Hello HP.

Do not return this for wifi issues [solved]

Do NOT return this laptop because of wifi issues because there is a quick and easy fix! Some people are reporting wifi issues but do not let that sway you from a purchase of this awesome computer. Out of the box I also had wifi issues but it's a fairly simple fix if you know anything about computers. Go to control panel> Hardware and Sound> Device Manager (under devices and printers)> Network Adapters> Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC3165> Driver> Update Driver> Browse my computer for driver software> Let me pick from a list of drivers on my computer> Select the oldest driver version by date (2/22/2015 for me)> Install the driver and boom you have an internet connection. After you've done this you then need to go to the Dell Help & Support application in your start menu and download the newest network drivers from Dec 2015 and install. Then go back to your start menu again and select "settings"> Update & Security> check for updates> download and install windows updates. Hope this helps! As for my own review of this machine, other than those initial setup issues which were a pain, this computer is perfect for me and I highly recommend it.

    Nifty, high performance

I purchased this laptop about 6 months ago. Since then I've used it almost daily with no real issue. I'm a student, so I am constantly transitioning from class to class and the laptop always fires up quickly and connects to Wifi within seconds. I even pull it out at the bus stop sometimes because it is small and very portable; I can carry it to Starbucks in my dump-all purse with ease. The screen size is perfect. I didn't think I'd find the touch screen useful, but as it turns out, I can no longer imagine a laptop without it. So many times I find myself touching the screen to navigate through tasks that I used to find cumbersome with a mouse or touchpad. I use it in tablet mode for reading/annotating .pdf's and watching shows. The touch screen is very responsive - maybe not on the level of my iPhone, but definitely more functional than I expected, with most non-Apple touch screens usually missing the mark. The performance is fantastic in general. I purchased the 8GB RAM/128GB SSD because I was told that the combination provides the best performance for my needs. I usually have a million tabs open, in addition to every single Office program, Windows Explorer, etc., and this laptop can handle it and keeps my tasks open even after days of no use. I have had a few issues with freezing but something tells me that is more of a problem with Windows 10 than with the hardware/functionality of this particular laptop. In the beginning the laptop would go to sleep in the middle of the task I was on. Needless to say, this frustrated me. After messing with the sleep settings, I seem to have fixed this issue and haven't run into it again since. This is the only reason I would choose 4 stars instead of 5. Battery life is good enough for me. Brightness of the screen varies with battery life, and I can't seem to figure out how to get these settings to where I want. Bluetooth takes a while to connect. I have already recommended this laptop to all my friends whose MacBooks are dying after only 3 years. I also recommend it to incoming college freshmen - it is a good investment if you want to be carefree with your technology in your first year of school.

I just picked this computer up yesterday. It is pretty darn fast and the tablet mode is nice. The picture quality is great for streaming Netflix. I like it more than my girlfriends 2014 Mac book air. The one issue I had is that the wifi option did not show up on my first start up. I got frustrated until I re-started it and the wifi option came up. As long as there are no more driver issues or little bugs, I'll be super pleased.

We're on our third screen replacement. Understand we've had laptops since they were first manufactured. Dell quality doesn't exist anymore and neither Dell nor Best Buy will stand behind this product. Buyer beware: the last 2 Dell laptops we purchased have the same lack of quality. Our Asus and Lenovo are still solid and holding up.

    Awesome Laptop!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this laptop so far (coming from an Apple product fan...)! I would highly recommend this laptop! This laptop is truly fantastic for the price you pay for it! It is a little small (13.3") which makes it perfect for on the go.. sure it is a bit heavier than a tablet but hey its great! As for mouse and touch screen problems mine is having no troubles right now (but it is brand new). The screen has great lighting options, plenty of memory to start off with, nice sound, battery life I am seeing somewhere between 6-8 hours so far, just a wonderful little laptop/tablet, also I believe it comes with Windows 10. It sure does perform great so far (as a multi tasker)! Also it includes two settings for back lighting on this keyboard which is also pretty sweet! I would like to see the keyboard keys be a bit closer together for those of us with smaller fingers, but overall it looks very beautiful and the keyboard works great still. If you have any questions about this laptop I would be happy to answer them to the best of my ability! Love it! Keep up the good work Dell!

Great in concept, our computer started randomly going black and turning off like it was losing all power about 3 weeks after purchase. Huge bummer, as I use Dell products at work and usually never have even the hint of a problem.

I absolutely hated this laptop and returned it within a day. It had internal problems from the second I started it. It would not connect to the internet. Apparently, there was internal damage. This is not a first for Dell.

Solid performing laptop with initial wifi issues.

I think this is a great performing as well as looking laptop. For the price you really can't beat it. It is fast, with the latest Intel cpu, a good SSD and it just feels solid in the hand. However I did have a Wifi issue straight out of the box, where it would connect to the wifi at first, but in within 2-3 minutes it would lose connection and the wifi card would disappear from the settings menu, like it doesn't even exist. I fixed the issue by going on Dell.com and downloading the driver from a different PC and then installed it on this laptop through USB stick. It's not really that big of a hassle, but I just can't give a 5 star rating for a product that needed fixing right out of the box.

The laptop is great. Windows 10 looks as android to me. Tested LiveUSB with Debian 8.2 - didn't start. Newer kernel with Ubuntu 15.04 started out of box, including touchscreen. USB3toLAN adapter works perfect. WIFI drivers for linux should be installed separately. Two finger touchpad mode doesn't work. But the solution is available in www. This is a good devise for good money.

this computer freezes whenever I open an email. I either have to wait for it or close it down. Since I use it for primarily for email this is a real hassle. I cannot find any way to fix it.
