    Very disappointed in Dell. Opened the box and started the computer, and when I got to the point of connecting the computer to the Internet via wi-fi, it would not work. It did not even see a wi-fi or ethernet adapter--only bluetooth. Messed around with it a little bit and finally got it to connect to the Internet, but it would not stay. I looked online and it looks like I was not the only user to have this problem. Laptop is going back to Best Buy in the morning. I will go with a Lenovo.

    I really like the look, feel, and ease of use of this Dell laptop but it crashed on first day. Took it back to store and bought a different brand.

    This laptop looked good, but simply did not work. Several drivers failed right away, reinstalled them, then they stopped working again almost immediately. Returned it to Best Buy and got an Acer, which has worked perfectly.
