I love my new laptop! It is very user friendly and has all the features I need as a college student. You can flip the screen to use it in tablet mode or use it as a regular computer. Customer service was a drag. I literally had to wait for an hour to get someone to help me with the laptop.

So far my daughter likes it she really likes the touch screen

I like the touchscreen. Still learning it, but I like it.

solid computer for basic tasks without a lot of bloatware

Purchased the Dell laptop for my high school freshman daughter. It is perfect size and has all the capacity and features she will need for four years in high school. Sales experience was very good...local BB staff very helpful in reaching a decision between this and another product.

This laptop is fairly easy to navigate, and the apps are very straightforward. The touch screen is very responsive and even with a screen protector easily keeps track of finger movements. The texture on the mouse-pad does leave much to be desired, but that isn't much of an issue with the touch screen.

Really like the 2 in 1 features of the laptop and tablet. Using Microsoft ink is a big help. The unit was easy very intuitive upon powering up and had it up and running quickly. The light weight and size make it easy to take to class. Should get me through the 4 years of college ahead.

I bought this computer to start school. I have been using it for about a month. Overall, really happy with this purchase. Switched from a Dell to an HP for last computer and couldn't have been more disappointed. Happy to be back on a dell.

Bought this for our daughter entering high school. She didn’t want a MAC. This has been perfect. She takes it to school every day and does all homework on it. It’s light weight and easy to use. She loves it. Perfect for all her needs.

I have lots of experience with laptops, and wanted one that is very capable but still simple to use and maintain. This laptop meets the need in an excellent way. I have had no problems with it (large or small) since the purchase.

I am very impressed with the aluminum body and light weight , yet it is not as expensive as the ultrabook one. It also comes with ink technology capable of writing on screen.

I love my computer. It boots up quickly and has facial recognition so I don't have to worry about putting a password in every time I turn it on. I use it mostly for teaching online and have never had any tech issues on my end.

Recently purchased a smaller lap top (previously used a 15") had a little apprehension whether the screen would be big enough to accommodate my needs. Had considered getting a notebook and thought this would be a great transition as I'm a big mouse user yet. So far so good!

After years of working with a large screen laptop, I was pleasantly surprised by its light weight and the fact that the computer can do everything I need to do. The staff at Best Buy and the Geek Squad was wonderful, helping me select the computer and then mastering it.

I bought the 13.3 inch version of this computer and the size of everything was just too small so I returned it. It was thin but much heavier than I thought but overall features and functionality were above average.

The size is perfect for traveling. I am enjoying the feel of the keyboard & all the new features. My old lap top would get hot on the bottom but the new Dell I have, you never know it is on. I would recommend this laptop for the regular user, it is easy to navigate.

I've always been a fan of Dell, and this laptop delivers what I expect for my college daughter's needs - #1 of which is reliability.
