    Excellent features and lighted keyboard and on screen keyboard are great. Easy to use with fold back 2 in 1 feature makes for easy pad convenience and use

    Quick processor, easy to maneuver from screen to screen. Trouble spooling videos/games/dvd, sort of slow. Lightweight and easy to use when meeting clients, like feature of tablet to laptop.

    I replaced my problematic Surface with the Dell laptop. I like it much better. The keyboard is a lot easier to type on. I like the fact that you can use face recognition to sign in.

    Great laptop but the only issue is when pushing the screen to have the keyboard on a surface and the screen up, buttons are being pushed by the surface and the screen is flimsy.
