Owned about 3 months and have no issues. Powers up quickly and runs multiple applications. On a side note: when typing for extended time, the edges of computer where you rest your hands is not the smoothest, it's not sharp to cut but isn't too comfy either

My daughters works flawlessly and has zero issues. This computer's mouse pad is not very responsive and takes a fair amount of pressure to press the left or right mouse click. Also, to many games come preloaded on it, not good for a teenage boy.

We're sorry to read that your computer is running so hot for you. We'd recommend the following tips to help cool your computer down:
Tips for Proper Usage:
1. Dell does not recommend placing portable systems directly on your lap. Due to reductions in the thickness of modern portable systems, heat transfer can be an issue.
2. Using a portable system (Laptop) on a hard, flat, non-cloth surface will increase airflow and reduce heat from underneath and inside the system.
Using the portable system on a blanket, pillow, or other types of cloth will cover up the fan cause the computer to overheat and can cause permanent damage.
3. It is recommended to use the portable system in a Room temperature of 0°C to 35°C (32°F to 95°F) with a Humidity level no greater than 90%.
4. Use compressed air to clean the vents on a regular basis.
5. Using a cooling pad can decrease heat and increase performance.
6. If you want to know the temperature limitations for your system, go to the Dell Support Website, look up your system model then open the user guide under the manuals link.

Temperature on basic usage was way over than it should be, so I had to return laptop unfortunately.

It's probably either a Quickbooks issue or possibly some bloatware in Windows 10 but it should be faster. Other than Quickbooks it is fast. It's solid and well made. It seems to be a great computer.

I found it quick and worked the best of the half dozen others I have owned over the years.I found the screen size 13.3 a little to small for my eyes at my age. I would also prefer more than 256GB, after i loaded it with my programs I used just over a1/3 of the space.
