Terrible battery Life, Otherwise fantasic Machine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super fast, good keyboard, solid frame and construction. Processor, ram and hard drive are all sufficient for day to day use. This machines biggest downfall is its battery. While it has a small battery to begin with i have already begun to experience failures after 6 months of ownership. I have had multiple instances of a low battery warning in windows (35% left according to windows battery meter) and within a minute the machine shuts off. According to Dells own battery tools, my batteries current capacity is only 30,256mWh of the designed 37,996mWh . 80% of original with 6 months of use. With keyboard backlight off and display at half brightness i get less than 3 hours of life out of a charge. Do not buy unless you want to keep a charger handy.

||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love my dell 2 in 1. Very light weight which makes it easy to travel with. Great for taking notes on during class and easy to use. Sometimes when switching between the laptop and tablet setting it gets a little glitchy but overall great computer.

Awesome Laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did tons of research before choosing this laptop. I wanted something light, portable, fast, and fairly new. This laptop checks all those boxes and is a lot cheaper than its competitors that offer the same specs. I do wish it had 512 GB SSD but with the specs and the price, I was willing to compromise. I don't do much gaming so I wasn't worried about not having a dedicated graphics card. Coming from a 15 inch laptop, I thought I would miss the extra screen size but I am really happy with the 13 inch screen, especially since it's so light and portable. I was completely used to the screen size right away. I can easily use this as a tablet and not feel like its too big and it's great for traveling. I am getting about 4-5 hours of usage on a full charge. And this is with me surfing the web, watching movies, emails, downloading big files. While doing all those things, it never slowed down. The best part of the laptop is the speed. The only downside I guess would be the fan noise when you are doing all those things. It doesn't bother me, but you do notice when it's on. I personally really like the keyboard, its nice and comfortable to use. I was surprised that it was so easy to type on. I also like that it's a back-lit keyboard since I'm a night owl and often using it in the dark. The track pad isn't as smooth to the touch as other laptops, but thankfully still usable. Overall awesome laptop, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking at it.
