    This computer runs well and does not freeze up. I have had no issues with Windows 10. I like the facial recognition features on lock. I do not like that, it gets warm very quickly in the fan has to run because. If not, it will overheat.

    I've only had my laptop for a brief time, but I am very satisfied with it. Starts and loads very fast and is digitally fantastic. Love that the keyboard is lit.....and very easy to use. Have no problems at all. My son-in-law is really into computers and guided me to this particular one. All the features plus larger than the Surface....and cost less. Dell was recommended.
