    Got my new laptop with almost dead battery. Not much help from Dell support even after long tiring support calls. Noisy fan and Tablet mode not working too.

    After a few times using this laptop I noticed it was faster that what I had and I didn’t have to have lights in to us it as the keyboard lights up.
