    Even though the computer sports great specifications, the battery life is awful and after a couple of months of normal use, nothing heavy-duty, the battery life is very bad. Therefore I cannot recommend a “laptop” that has a battery life of less than 1-2 hours, most of the time 1 hour, for around $1,000. Instead the purchase would’ve been better spent on a desktop.

    I couldn't make a recovery disk in either the USB A or USB C ports or the SD card slot, all were recognized just said can't make a recovery disk. Apparently that's a software problem and not covered by first year warranty. Wasn't so with the HP notebook I purchased 6 prior to this. Their extended warranty prices are way higher than for above mentioned HP. I'm still debating the Dell extended warranty. I can barely understand the foreign tech support personnel, and they work from a script that wastes more time because they don't get me either.
