I’m not a fan of Dell, but I’m gonna be honest this laptop is great, I love the thing. The trackpad is the only thing I could slander, it’s not as smooth as can be, but it’s not even a problem. I really love the design, weight, flexibility and what not of this laptop.

I love this laptop! It has all the power I need to run complicated programs, all day every day. Definitely pricey, but it's worth it for stress free work. Invest in yourself :) My only concern is the (lack of) storage space, but I use a USB anyway.

This laptop touchscreen device is nice. Performance is great! Don't really see any physical flaws after owning it a month. I do notice when the fan kicks on, but not something to complain or drop a star for. Thanks for previous reviews in helping me make this decision.

Very fast to boot up with the SSD. i7 with 16 mb of ram is amazingly quick with numerous windows open. The display is very clean and brightness is good. I was very surprised by the quality and volume of the audio from such small laptop. No regrets at all!

This laptop was a pleasant surprise after having a Microsoft Surface. The Core I7, 16 GB of Ram and 256 SSD hard drive work very well together. The computer is very responsive and fast. Everything that you need to get work done quickly. Nice machine by Dell.

This laptop has proven to have many benefits for my home business use. It is lightweight and can do more for me when I compare it to my desktop.

The only downside so far is the battery life. The screen will say 6hours and when you look 30 mins later it says 1.5 hours remaining. hmmmmmm

I was hesitant to buy a touch screen PC. I'm a tech person and was weary that PC developers just weren't quite at that level of innovation yet. However that was all that Best Buy had to offer with my other preferred specs at the time so I went against my better judgement and bought it. Days after the Best Buy return policy expired (of course), the touch screen keyboard AND the physical keyboard malfunctioned. I should have trusted my gut. It's ok now but only after months of back and forth dealing with Dell Support (which I generally rate as high level support). This time it was a nightmare to deal with them. I sent it out for repair and it was shipped back to me untouched. When I submitted a second ticket, I was given the third degree where they accused me of breaking it when I had already confirmed in a support session that it was a hardware failure. They were very rude about all of it. Not Best Buy's fault, but I wouldn't recommend this particular model. "Hey Dell, you are not Apple! Slow down!"

I bought this for my high school senior son. He needs it now, but also needed something that would work for him at college. This is a GREAT machine and the price was hundreds below similar - or lesser equipped lap tops. Very happy with this.

Purchased this because old computer was getting slow. Got this at a great price through online purchase. Got it to be able edit music and videos. So far very fast with I7 and 16 ram. The only reason I didn't rate it as "Excellent" is really because I'm just learning to use all its features, especially the stylus features. I purchased the 13 thinking the smaller version would be better for using as a tablet. But with my eyes, I'm missing the bigger screen for computer use. But that is no fault of this laptop.

My laptop came with a flaw; Windows was not fully activated, and I could read 'Activate Windows' in the lower right corner of my screen. To fix this, I had to visit BB store, and I was really annoyed about this.) Otherwise, I am satisfied with this. I bought this laptop via online without actually seeing the real object, and I found the screen to be smaller than I expected. I have been using MacBook Air 13.3 till now, and compared to Macbook, this is a bit smaller (although it is same 13.3).

Performance is good but fan creates excessive noise. Horrible. Otherwise it is excellent.

This is my second product in this series. First one is not the SSD. Value for the money when compared to XPS or other Apple products

This laptop is great! i have a 2012 macbook as well so i use this for school (Web Design) and it is awesome! its fast, the touch screen is awesome! and the bamboo stylus works flawlessly with it as well! im very happy with my purchase!

give this as a gift to my mama for christmas and she loves it. she loves that it can be folded and can function like an ipad or unfolded and can use like a laptop. it is portable and not heavy so mama takes it with her anywhere.

I love my little laptop. Fits in my backpack purse. I like that I can fold it and use it several ways. I have 2 e pens that I use with it. great colors and sturdy enough. The pen hook as a magnet but not strong enough to stay on.

This laptop is near perfect if the fan is quieter. Very fast but the fan noise is louder than previous owned Dell laptop.

It has been about two months using this laptop and I really liked it.

The computer performs great doing what I need it to do (photo editing). My only complaint is the battery life is short

I bought this computer for my wife who is returning to college after 20 years. She basically takes it everywhere and loves it. I can’t say that we use the tablet mode very much but as a laptop it is top notch.
