Good solid computer for my 17 y/o to do homework, shoot YouTube videos and play games. Hoping to use this as he goes off to college. We bought it as an open box. Drove 2 hours to get it only to realize it didn't come with a charger. And they stores didn't carry any more. So had to order from Dell directly. Wish we would have known that in advance so we could have ordered it and had it ready when we got the computer home.

The processor is fast and the display is high def. it was really easy to set up, even for a novice user. The system guides you along the way

I bought three of these Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 - 15.6" 4K UltraHD Touch - Intel Core i7 - 16GB RAM - 1TB SSD+32GB Intel Optane -NVIDIA MX330 - black Laptops for my children to have to be able to go to school on, due to the CoronaVirus Pandemic forcing children to do their schooling from home. Maybe, I should've bought them these A LONG TIME AGO, because they are SO HAPPY that THEY are QUIET, PRACTICALLY INVISIBLE! LOL!! Now, I have to go check to see if I still have children, & make sure they haven't been JUMANJI'D into their laptops LMBO!

My Toshiba laptop is almost 13 years old. I want to pursue my photography and also take a few online classes. This more than fit the bill. I ended up with a open box one because they had sold out when I made it to the store. I've installed Lightroom and Photoshop on it and keep finding more helpful features every day. Lots to learn. I only wish it had a regular SD card slot, I bought a converter that does the trick. Super happy with it!

Great laptop for the money. Love how it is touchscreen and can flip to a tablet for easy use.

What can you say - for the money, 10th gen 17, 16ram, 1Tssd for plenty of audio and video? It handles multiple high demand programs as if it is play tic-tac-toe, and is still versatile enough to do the daily grind. Highly recommend this product. It is actually fun to use!

I've used this for a couple of weeks now and love how fast it is. It does heat up a bit fast and the fan is loud, but it doesnt bother me.

Got this high end product so far satisfied. But it emits heat!!! Got to buy a cooling pad for it!

Plenty of capability for a computer science major. Good wifi range and more than enough storage

I had a smaller laptop prior so I was worried this would be too bulky, but it's perfect. It's not heavy, the whole comp. is very thin. I love the pen that comes with it and that the pen stores right above the keyboard. Very fast processor speed which was really important to me. Very cool that the Alexa app is on here and webcam privacy shutter. Overall, very good computer for the money and great if you do any kind of streaming, video editing, or have a million tabs open while you search the internet like I do.

Right out of the box, this PC was easy to setup in minutes and then GO! The screen clarity is amazing. All the power that you need!

I am a graphic designer. I need lots of room and lots of speed. I have several graphic programs on this laptop and it runs perfectly!

We haven't owned this Dell Laptop to long but, so far, it has be performing very good.
