The keyboard is not flat, which is easier for me. I was specifically looking for a keyboard that wasn't flat. Still can't figure out how to rip a cd into my music library. There's no on board disc player. Navigating between tablet mode & laptop mode is new but I'm learning. It's a nice laptop, different from my Toshiba, but it's fast and easy to use after the learning curve. Keyboard keys are close together which made for some oddly spelled words. But go ahead and buy it.

Great performance and slim design. Didn't need the touchscreen but for the price it was an easy decision and add on.

Very user friendly. Battery stays charged for a lot longer than my Lenovo. Definately happy with this computer!

This laptop has enough memory and speed to handle all my work and personal tasks, the touch screen is a bonus.

I have had no issues with my Dell since I purchased it and very please with it' performance and easy to use.

Chose this Dell mainly based on the price after looking at many different options. The deal was $200 off and an extra $50 tax time bonus. Too good to pass up for the specs on this one. Upon taking it out of the box the laptop feels solid and sturdy. Also have an HP 13.3" in the house and the build quality between the two is quite noticeable (meaning this Dell is better). I'm sure some would argue the other way but I picked up the HP after using this Dell for awhile and that one felt almost cheap to me as the case creaked and groaned. The 15.6" is much bigger than I thought it would be, which is fine as this is meant to be a desktop replacement. That size equates to some weight of course. Not super heavy, but definitely heavier than the HP. Super thin though. Specs are good, but of course this is no high end laptop. Should be perfect for most people's needs - internet, music, videos, and light document usage. I'm not a gamer, but I'm pretty sure this isn't really the type of machine for that. This laptop is fast. Boot up is super quick and it runs real quiet. Of course I haven't put it through too much yet, but the speed and quietness are already noticeable. There's a lot of land area on the keyboard. So much that it looks like something is missing. Touch pad so far seems good. Like the fact that I can drop in another 8gb of RAM in the future. Good size hard drive for the money. Should be plenty for me. If not I can just use a thumb drive. No need to give up the performance of the SSD. As the title says, so far so good with this laptop. For the price I couldn't be happier. Was a little worried about getting another Dell as people seem to love to bash them lately, but this is a nice quality machine that will hopefully be around for many years.

After reviewing a number of different laptops - primarily between Dell, HP and Lenovo - ended up with this Dell laptop for many reasons. Also, was on sale at a great price, particularly for the value you get. It looks and feels as if it was well-made and manufactured with very high quality materials. The start up is quick, performs fast enough and is very quiet. Based on its quality, performance, quality build and looks - it is an excellent choice.

Computer is a great 2 in 1 and is very versatile great battery life and speed. Set up was extremely easy.

I came into best buy expecting to spend about 1200 dollars for a very good lap top but came out spending 600 as they had a great deal on my Dell with tons of memory and fantastic speed, the best buy salesperson listened to my requirements and said I have just the deal and only one left before price increases. He was right and I could not be happier, great product, great service and great performance best buy for life.

This computer has a sleek body. It was simple to set up out of the box. Fast and easy to use.

I'm a History Major in College and I needed a Laptop for school use only. Use my desktop at home for everything else. Great features and bought it on sale for $200 off!

Bought it for my wife's work. She uses it for document generation and archiving. The solid state hard drive is very responsive. Speeds up storage and retrieval of documents no matter the size. It is light and thin so she does have to carry a large computer bag. The face recognition is great and it simplifies the login in. It only has two USB ports so I bought a converter which adds three more, now she is happy.
