Brought this for my son in June for his graduation. It’s now December and it’s the second time I had to take it to geek squad for the screen going out. And the process is about 2 weeks. Worst dell product I ever purchased.

It has been a great computer. I use it everyday, carrying it around a lot. It has performed well, I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't need a super powerful laptop.

This super sleek computer is a dream. Easy to work with the newest updates and a great speed and fun with all the new apps too! Highly recommended if needed for everyday use.

This is my first experience with a laptop, but learning to use the pad as opposed to a mouse has not been as difficult as I anticipated. I really like the touch screen feature.

This is a great laptop for any user. There are other laptops with larger hard drives but the solid state drive show the difference I speed. The case is solid and of great quality.

After research, this Dell laptop has met and exceeded all the requirements that I needed. It provides great speed and ease of use with the backing of quality of Dell support.

bought this for my girlfriend as an upgrade to her 10 year old dell. She absolutely love it...she wanted a touchscreen with a bigger screen, and this did it perfectly.

I was not looking for anything in particular and spent a great deal of time looking around. I am glad I chose this computer because it does all that I want and need.

This was a really good computer for the price! I really wasn't surprised because my last laptop was a Dell and I've had it for 8 years before I had any problems.

It needs a number key attached, otherwise it is ok. The screen is very nice and the camera works when it feels like working. Lightweight. Gets the job done

This is by far the best pc I ever had and I love everything about it so much. I haven't had any problems with it and I hope to see how it holds up over time.

I bought 3 of these laptops for my daughter's which are graduating from a tablet. They have all the right stuff inside and they are the perfect size for them.

This laptop does it all. The 2 in 1 design is very convenient and the touchscreen is great. I also like the backlit keyboard. This is a wonderful laptop.

I tried it as a tablet with the touch screen only once and I suppose some of you younger computer people would like it, but I am used to a desktop computer, sitting and typing ln the usual way. The tablet idea just doesn't appeal to me. Besides, I like dark chocolate and the touch screen would be all brown in no time at all. I also have a bad back and I usually sit in a straight back chair with the computer in front of me for typing. That is what my back tells me to do. Even sitting on a couch and using it would harm my back Everyone is different..

I purchased this laptop to be used as light office work and it has been great. Runs fast, no lagging and good boot time.

Bought this laptop to replace an older one that crashed. So far this has been a great laptop. Check it out if you're in the market for a new one.

This was purchased for basic business needs on the go: checking emails, word documents, etc. It was easy to set up and use. No problems so far!

We use laptop for internet use, word documents, and excel spreadsheets. Pictures also. Good device for the price. Good resolution screen. Fast speed.
