This was a gift to me from my spouse. He really surprised me. I like this computer a lot it's a lot fastest than my previous laptop.

This was a family Christmas present but my daughter has taken it over. It's easy to use and has all the functions that she needs

Got this for my wife and she liked it as it runs faster and smoother than her previous Dell laptop because of the SSD than HDD.

Bought this for my mom to replace an older laptop. She loves that it folds in half to allow her to use the touch screen easier also.

I reviewed rating and comments about this laptop before purchasing, I like it and SSD drive really improve performance. 2-in-1 is easy to use tablet, So far I think I noticed one thng and that is body is metal so in cold weather it is really cold even inside also so it takes time before you start using and based on the use mouse hand area will become normal, I am searching if any laptop skin is available. So far so good and I will recommand this but if anyone is fine with 13 inch screen that is also an option.

This computer has been easy to use for the short time I have spent on it. I look forward to learning all of it's features.

The Dell computer I recently purchased is a 2/1 I have used it like an ipad or a laptop with excellent results. I am very pleased

I opted not to buy the extended BB warranty - the power supply plug fell apart after 2 weeks of use light use at home. Best Buy referred me to Dell, stating that the manufacturer should replace the part. After two ~1-hour phone conversations and 3 days of email exchanges, Dell refused to replace the defective part stating that it is considered a "normal wear and tear" peripheral item and has no warranty coverage. I bought a replacement power supply online - hopefully I won't have to keep buying replacement AC adapters for this BRAND NEW LAPTOP. Last Dell product for me.

This computer works a lot better than the computer my dog knocked off of the kitchen table. That one didn't work at all, dogonit!

Great computer. Easy to use. Large screen. Nice to have option of touch screen & tablet. I really like the lighted keyboard.

Love it! I use it for everything from banking to Autocad inventor. I added 8 gb RAM right after I purchased it. The core i5 with the SSD is a great combo. Very snappy startup and processing speeds. The facial recognition is fantastic. It takes about 2 seconds. Touch screen comes in handy. I wish it had a 10-key, but I knew that it didn't when I made the purchase, so no deductions for that. Battery life is great. I can use it 1 hour a day for 4-5 days before I have to plug in.

I have been very happy with my recent Dell laptop purchase. It seems to perform with a lot more speed than my other laptop.

Overall, this is a very nice unite. Nice size and good screen quality. The touch screen adds a tablet quality to the devise.

Bought this for my son to use for school. So far no complaints. It gets the job done and is lightweight and very portable.

This laptop does everything I need and the price was excellent. This is the first of many Dell computers I will purchase!

This laptop fulfilled all my needs for basic office functions and speed. Great guidance from the sales guy at Best Buy.

It would have been PERFECT if it had a 'number pad'. Too bad they stopped at the obvious. Dell should know better.
