This is my 4th Dell notebook and by far the best yet. SSD powers up fast. I like that since this is for home use and I don't keep it on all day like I did at work with docking station (previous notebooks were for office use). Keyboard layout is great. I didn't need the number keypad so I find this keyboard very user friendly. "Tablet, tent and stand" modes are a nice feature, haven't used much but like it for viewing videos and working away from my desk.

Love the 2-in-1 option of this laptop. Great design and works well with software, games and social media.

This has everything I ever wanted and more in a home and travel computer. I love the fact that it's powerful enough for home use and portable enough for travel. The flexible body is a great invention that helps me put the computer closer to me (I have poor eyesight) while maintaining a good use of space and esthetics. Highly recommend if you live in a small space and/or want to declutter your computer desk. Speed and visuals are excellent. A great buy!

This computer has worked well since out of the box. Lasted a long time on one charge. Good product!

Was looking for reasonably priced Windows touchscreen laptop and landed on this. The device is relatively large, but the touchscreen, layout, performance, sturdiness, and battery life are very good. Was easy to setup and no issues with device or Windows since starting. Got on sale which was great. The GeekSquad costs are high considering price on device, but if service is needed or protection for damage is required, then I guess it is worth it.

So far a excellent laptop boots fast battery lasts a decent amount of time, and the price was right.
