I went in looking for a surface and when I looked at all the options and checked out all the models and brands this came out on top. It has all the functions of a surface but not the price. I actually ended up liking this better.

got it when it was on sale, the price was really. good. over all pretty good laptop. but i gave lower rating because of rough edges around ports & couple of screws on the bottom

Works G R E A T I do wish these new computers had the Ethernet port but that seems like a luxury we can't have in today's world unless we want a Gaming computer. But just buy an adapter and wallah. Works well for my office work.

Little bit heavy and I think this product could have number pad on the side. The keyboard quality is lower than what I expected.

i got this laptop 2 weeks ago and it serves my needs perfectly. I am programmer and use it mainly at home. The battery life could have been better though. Its a 3 cell battery and hence lasts for 4-5 hrs for video playback.

Dell reliability and value with all the features of a tablet. Getting used to using the touch screen and, as I do, the experience with this computer becomes better and better. Plenty of speed and memory. A great computer value.

Easy to to maneuver around in the laptop I like how they have this side to side screens and the camera is awesome and I really enjoyed the face recognition when signing in

Sound bar and bass module were easy to hook up to our TV and cable box. Settings include one that makes voices and talking clearer by separating them from background noises. This makes it much easier to hear what is being said.

I love my laptop however it gets super laggy which is really frustrating for me. I know it's not my wifi because it happens everywhere I go. Can you please help me figure this out so that I can give you 5 stars?

Bought 2 for Christmas presents for my teenage boys. They have had them a month and use them all the time for homework and watching movies. We have had no issues. They like the flexibility of the tablet and the computer.

I had bought a Lenovo originally but took back because keyboard layout was not set up well. I have always had Dell and decided to check out what Best Buy had. Found this nice little power house. It does great.

I definitely received far more than I paid for, not only did I receive the warranty from the manufacturer but I also received geek squad certified. I love my labtop and I plan to buy more products from bestbuy

I've never really been one to leave reviews, but I had such a difficult time finding a laptop. I hope this helps anyone in the same situation! First off, I have only had this laptop for a couple of days so far, so this review will be ongoing as I experience all this computer has to offer. I will try to keep this review in an easy to read format for easy scanning. PROS: - The discounted price is super nice. I got it in an open box for around $663 after taxes/fees, and with free shipping. And the open box discount didn't leave any noticeable problems to the computer! - This is a very pretty laptop, in a sturdy-feeling aluminum case. It has a minimalistic design and is fairly thin. - The touch screen is great! It follows touch directions very precisely, and I haven't had any real problems with it. - It runs well, and I can open up many tabs without it crashing. - The 360 fold is neat, and it's cool to use the laptop as a tablet. - It has a backlit keyboard, which is always a bonus. - The trackpad is nice and picks up motions very well. CONS: - It doesn't have a number pad, if that's a deal-breaker for you. (But you could always purchase one separately. There's a really nice wireless one on NewEgg.) - It heats up a little bit with intensive applications after about 15 minutes. I have yet to see if this is a serious problem (so far it has been fine). - The screen does jiggle very slightly if you use the computer on a moving surface (like, if you were traveling with it). It also moves a tiny bit when typing, but I don't really notice it much. - I had a little trouble with getting Windows Hello to work properly, but once it works it's pretty nifty (logs you in fast and hands-free). All in all, so far I am having near no problems with this laptop. It is a fantastic price for such a nice computer, and I'm glad to have bought it. I will update if something changes. I'm a software developer, and this laptop has been adequate for my needs on the go. The RAM is upgradeable to 16GB. Mine came with one 8GB stick installed and there are two RAM slots. No complaints at all so far.

My only problem has been 1 alert that started an alarm and I could not seem to get out of without providing someone access to my computer. I think this was a scam so shut it done and it was worked fine

Bought to take north to MD and still using my HP Pavilion which has a few years on it. Very little chance to use but will come tax time of 4/15/17 where I plan to load HR block software to prepare return
