I really like this laptop - it also folds over to become a tablet. The only thing I miss is the 10-key pad. I didn't think I would miss it - but I do!

This laptop has all the things you need for regular home use. The one thing missing is the CD drive, which may lead to us buying an external one. So far, all is good.

Getting used to a laptop from my old desktop, Geek squad set up and installed Office home and spyware for me, Hunter did great job The laptop was recommended to me by a friend.

Geek squad set everything up for me which was great. Had problems with internet connects twice and had to call geek squad once. Hopefully I won't have anymore issues.

Ordered online and picked up at my local Best Buy. Impressed with the efficiency of getting me in and out on a busy Saturday afternoon. Computer seems to do as advertised.

Dell does it again with a well made computer. This device is so versatile for use as a laptop, tablet, touch screen, mouse touch pad and standing it up. Great product!!!

Bought this item on sale. For something comparable without touch I would have had to spend $100 more. Dell had a few years of poor quality but they are back in full force.

This Dell laptop is ok. I had an old Dell that was wore out and had Vista. It was causing many problems. This Windows 10 is sort of hard to learn but am doing ok.

I like this computer but am having a bit of trouble getting used to the facial recognition sign on. To no fault of the computer I just don't like Windows 10.

Laptop is very nice - super fast connection with the SSD technology. Its not heavy, I love the 15" screen. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for new laptop.

Needed a replacement for our family. This had proven to be a good choice for us. Kids like that it can convert to a tablet but the adults prefer the keyboard.

I have found this laptop to be user friendly and a good buy for the price. I am still adjusting to the keyboard but overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

Love this laptop but I've had issues with random things eating up both memory and disk usage. This is not a consistent problem but happens often enough.

Great laptop for school or work as long as you’re not doing anything graphic intense, but if you are I’d imagine you know what ya need anyhow.

Having a laptop is so convenient and easy to use in any location. Reaching the Geek Squad by telephone was not quite as easy as we were led to believe.

this dell fit the bill for two old seniors. we dont game, do music on line or work. we just have fun and this one is a keeper. dont buy more than you need.
