Great screen resolution, like the backlit keyboard. Only downside is that a laptop with these features and at this price should have a numeric keypad.

I bought this laptop with online movie watching in mind. And it has been great. No loading or streaming problems. Click and watch. Just like that ! Love it

Nice eye appeal and steady performance. Purchased on a open box for $300 less. However it had a separation at the top of the screen...had to return it.

always shop at Best Buy- I was disappointed that three different times we wanted to see the "reality equipment" but no-one was ever there to show it.

Quite an up grade from my Toshiba satellite. Many new features to experience and I am enjoying this Dell more and more as I learn the new functions.

With the help and consultation with the Geek squad, I was able to get a laptop which suits my needs well and has performed up to my expectations.

no complaints, works exactly as expected. Would be nice if it was a little lighter, but then it probably wouldn't be as sturdy, seems well built.

This is a fantastic laptop that has a few small quirks, such as the power button being on the side and the screen jiggling when you type.

Laptop works great. Purchased for my wife. She loves it. Only issue is the location of the on/off switch. Easy to hit in lower right corner.

Very happy so far only concern would be the battery sometimes says that the charger is not compatible for your device kind of strange

I have no major issues with the computer but I am not a fan of how sensitive the mouse pad is. Every person in my house complains.
