I love that I can use this computer for normal everyday tasks, special projects, play CDs & DVDs, and that it is very user friendly.

This laptop is amazing. Insanely fast boot time and crystal clear monitor. It's been great for daily tasks along with light gaming.

The computer is awesome except the sound is always messed up. You need to troubleshoot it each time to get it to work correctly

I explained to the salesman that I needed a computer for specifically skyping with students in foreign countrie. He recommended this model. After I get it home I realize it does not have an Ethernet port, only 2 USB ports, and no number keypad. We live too far to take it back or exchange it. Should have gotten a different one.

I haven't purchased a computer in several years. This was exactly what I wanted. It runs smoothly and the screen resolution is crisp.

This has been a great computer so far for the price, would definitely recommend my only complaint is it does not have a cd drive

was sold that it would be a semi future proof laptop and durable because of aluminum shell. seems sturdy, but the first one i took home did not work correctly. the fold over tablet mode did not work, and ended up being a motherboard issue. check all features before installing anything to not go through the headache i did

I used this computer and liked it for a couple days but decided to return adn get the next model up with more ram and storage m!!

This is a fast operating computer. I've never had one with a touch screen and after some getting use to I've come to like it.

The customer service at Best Buy is the best. We went back to get some questions answered and the Geek Squad was very helpful.

We bought this computer and so far we are very please with it, we also bought other accessories that are working fine too.
